A new case was designed without a vent, a common ingress point for water on the original IDM in these trucks. The case seam is also closed with a larger volume of sealant, greatly reducing water damage from another common entry point. Our all-new construction also takes the gamble out of replacing your driver module with a used or remanufactured unit, since what few available cores remain are showing their age.
