With heavy-duty, welded steel construction, it is a highly functional companion on the trail, featuring a Winch and shackle rating of 12,500 lbs. The TrailCrusher bumper is available for the front and rear, and it installs with no drilling required. Everything about the TrailCrusher Jeep JL bumper is designed to maximize its strength and utility. It is built with 3/16 in. thick all-steel plates, welded together in a stout, high-strength configuration. It also features 1/4 in. thick welded shoulder sleeves that add even more strength, particularly to the shackle mounts. Not only does the TrailCrusher bumper provide a 12,500-lb. Winch and shackle rating, but it also offers excellent versatility. The Winch platform of the bumper features industry-standard mounting holes to accept most types of w inches, and the shackle mounts accept any pin up to 7/8 in. in diameter. ARIES forged steel shackles #2166071 offer a perfect fit and a work load limit to match the 12.5K rating. A number of Winch accessories are also available, including a hawse fairlead #2156070 and roller fairlead #2156071. For added Winch protection and an aggressive look on the Jeep JL, this bumper also comes with a stinger-style angular brush guard. The TrailCrusher bumper is fast and easy to install, integrating with the Jeep Wrangler JL like a stock bumper. It uses pre-existing holes in the vehicle frame to eliminate drilling from the install process, and it mounts with 3/8 in. steel brackets for added strength. To be ready for whatever the trail has in store, both the front and rear TrailCrusher bumpers come an E-coat and carbide black powder-coated finish, maximizing rust and scratch resistance. - The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler JL because it features a modular design. With a variety of options to choose from, you can select the perfect configuration to match the style of your Jeep Wrangler. All TrailChaser bumpers are also compatible with a variety of accessories, including LED lights, D-rings, tow hooks and a Winch. This particular TrailChaser bumper comes with a center section, corner end caps and round center brush guard. It is constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and has a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. It is also available in high-strength, powder-coated steel. The bumper center section features a standard 22-1/2 in. x 7-3/4 in. Winch housing and is compatible with the ARIES Winch adapter #2072100 for larger w inches. It provides cutouts for lights and has pre-drilled holes for D-rings #2081300 and tow hooks #15600TW. The round tubular brush guard of this bumper not only adds extra style to your Jeep JL, but it also provides additional light mounting points. It features two welded tabs along the center cross-member to readily accept an LED light bar or LED work lights. The bumper corners offer a professional finishing touch with their compact, angular design. They feature the same durable powder coat as the center section and can be drilled or cut to mount additional lights. We also offer an option with these same corners with integrated, flush-mount LED lights. All ARIES TrailChaser bumpers install using pre-existing factory mounting points for fast, easy installation with no drilling required.
