- The Venom line was developed to replace our FlowMax line with improved max flow rate and better flow control. This pump provides enough fuel flow to support up to 900hp. Unlike typical ball and seat style regulators, our new diaphragm style pressure regulator makes this pump more efficient and helps maintain fuel pressure as flow demand increases. This upgraded pump maintains high fuel pressure, even at high flow, which helps prevent premature injection pump failure by reducing wear. The Venom design supports the gerotor using sealed ball bearings to maintain smooth, reliable operation. A rigid aluminum bracket along with vibration isolators allow for versatile and easy installation.

- You ask a lot from your flexplate. The forces they're put under are extreme and in high performance applications the flexplate can slip; even with correctly installed and torqued bolts! It only takes a small amount movement for the bolts to loosen and allow the flexplate to oscillate against the crankshaft causing costly and catastrophic damage to both parts. BD Diamond Bite Shims with a diamond embedded electroless nickel coating create a micro-bite between the flexplate surfaces giving a significant friction increase. This friction increase stops your flexplate from slipping, allowing it to handle the much higher torque loads expected from a diesel engine. Recommended for high output and heavy duty cummins 1994-up 5.9L/6.7L applications.

The matching 12-bolt Hi5 torque converter is required to utilize all 12 bolts. A standard 6-bolt torque converters can still be installed using only 6 bolts.
