The BrightSource Ford Specific HID headlight bulb upgrades are designed to improve the light output of the factory Projector-style headlights. The BrightSource 9012 HID bulb has a much whiter and brighter light output than stock headlight bulbs. Daytime Running Light management issues have been completely eliminated with the BrightSource Opticoupler, a programmed and printed circuit board that controls the variable pulse circuitry delivered to the DRL. The Opticoupler eliminates flickering, dashboard light-out warnings and works with the OEM Vehicle 'Auto' headlight function.
