- When you need an emergency engine shutdown system, then BD has the solution that is hard to PASs up. Some industries such as mining, oil refinery, forestry, mobile welding, septic removal and refueling require some vehicles to have an emergency engine shutdown in place. The most effective method for this is to cut the air supply to the Diesel engine ensuring fuel ignition to cease. With BDs Positive Air Shutdown (PAS), an inline butterfly valve is placed in the air intake line and when activated by its heavy duty electrical solenoid, the engine will shutdown within seconds.Standard applications include automatic over-speed electronics and CAC pipes included for some vehicles. The PAS butterfly valve design reduces the number of parts and the overall size as compared to competitive units. Aluminum and stainless components plus weatherproof electrical connectors are used to prevent corrosion. Easy installation with no welding needed for hose retaining beads by utilizing innovative bead boot locks.

- Oil is the lifeblood of an engine, and in a hardworking diesel engine like the 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke, keeping that oil cool is essential to the engine's health and running.The stock 2011-2019 Powerstroke liquid-to-liquid oil cooler uses engine coolant to draw heat away from the oil and vent it through the engine radiator. It’s a stout design that typically performs well for daily driven trucks. However, after almost 10 years of service, many of those stock coolers have seen better days. Even in good condition, the stock 6.7L oil cooler can struggle to keep up with heavy towing or modified engines. That’s why Mishimoto has developed this performance oil cooler for the 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke.This performance oil cooler kit eliminates the factory liquid-to-liquid cooler and replaces it with a front-mounted liquid-to-air cooler. By eliminating the liquid-to-liquid cooler, this kit takes stress off the primary cooling system, lowering your coolant temps making the oil cooling system more efficient. Our massive cooler measures 17.4" long, 7.5" tall, and over 2.5" thick to give your Powerstroke the cooling capability to handle any job. Oil is fed into the cooler via two stainless-steel braided -16 AN lines for adequate flow in even the most demanding situations.
