Our all-aluminum end tanks won’t flex and crack like the stock plastic end tanks. Strutted tubes with reinforced leading edges throughout the core resist vibration and impacts, whether from potholes or rocks on the trail. The billet aluminum inlet and outlet of the Mishimoto radiator are precision CNC-machined to be perfectly round, unlike the molded plastic fittings on the stock radiator. The included foam seal ensures smooth airflow through the radiator, while a 15-percent increase in core volume allows that airflow to remove more heat from your engine’s coolant.----Like all our Bronco performance parts, this 2021+ Ford Bronco aluminum radiator is backed by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of reliability and performance.

- The classic Ford Bronco is an American icon, a beacon of fun, and a capable off-road vehicle to take you anywhere with the top down and wind blowing. When Ford introduced the new Bronco, it surely kept this spirit alive, but with some much-needed modern-day updates, like getting more than 5 mpg, for example. They achieved this by utilizing the EcoBoost family of engines. As great as the new Bronco is, there is always room for improvement. To give the Bronco some extra pep in its step, we’ve bundled two of our performance intercooler components to make the ultimate air-charge-cooling bundle for your 2.3L EcoBoost! The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit bundle improves power and durability compared to the factory intercooler and pipes. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler features a huge 4.7-inch thick core, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges, and precision tig welded cast aluminum end tanks. Combined, this makes for a robust intercooler that, compared to the plastic end tank factory tube-and-fin intercooler, has far greater durability. More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed up with performance. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit bundle reduces outlet temperatures by 21.2°F and provides an increase in flow of 7% over stock. All of this combined generates gains of 5.68 hp and 5.32 lb-ft of torque. We saw an especially good improvement in our trail simulation heat-soak testing where, after 6 back-to-back dyno runs, we still saw outlet temperatures 20°F cooler than stock. What this all means is that in the real world, whether sitting in traffic or out on the trails, you’ll see improvements in performance. We here at Mishimoto are never ones to settle for stock, that’s why we’ve developed this performance intake for your 2021+ Ford Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost. The Mishimoto 2021+ Ford Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost performance intake is construction from rotational molded cross-linked polyethylene. This ultra-strong material allows us to create smooth airflow while effectively keeping engine bay heat out of your intake air. This construction, combined with the 4.5-in high-flow filter and 20% increase in cross-sectional area result in an intake that is nearly 40% less restrictive than stock. To keep the intake flowing through any terrain, we’ve also maintained the stock fresh air inlet, which features a dust trap to protect the air filter from dust and debris. Flow is great, but power is better. Luckily, this Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost intake earns its performance designation. On the stock tune, we were able to put down an extra 7.5 horsepower and 7.4 lb-ft. of torque on the dyno.
