Rather than having a fixed trailer ball that obstructs your truck bed space or a removable ball that locks into place using a set of pins, a folding ball gooseneck hitch features a permanently attached ball that hinges down into a small compartment within the hitch. When folded down, the gooseneck ball remains out of the way and allows you to make full use of your truck bed. When folded back up again, it provides a reliable towing connection for your gooseneck trailer. No matter which position the ball is in, it remains fixed to your pickup truck, deterring theft and preventing loss. The CURT over-bed folding ball gooseneck hitch is just another example of CURT quality and ease of use. This durable hitch has a gross trailer weight capacity up to 30,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 7,500 lbs. A 2-5/16 in. trailer ball, 3/8 in. thick top plate, six-hole mounting design and U-bolt safety chain hookups ensure that your trailer and payload stay securely attached. The folding mechanism of the over-bed folding ball gooseneck hitch features a stainless steel safety pin and pivot spring to prevent binding, and it comes with a T-handle to make operation of the ball quick and easy. To top things off, we finish each over-bed folding ball gooseneck hitch in a durable carbide powder coat to resist rust and give it a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind

They make it easy to hitch up and Bring It, offering a vehicle-specific fit and the weight capacity to handle a variety of trailers. Custom class 3 hitches are the most common type of receiver hitch for pickup trucks and SUVs. Because of their weight range, they are also found on full-size cars, crossovers and minivans. Each custom-fit class 3 hitch package is made for vehicle-specific mounting. This particular kit fits certain years of the Chevy Silverado 3500, C30, C3500, C3500HD, Ford F Super Duty, F350, F350 Super Duty, F450 Super Duty, F550 Super Duty, GMC C3500, C3500HD and K3500 (see application info to verify vehicle compatibility). It provides a weight carrying capacity of 6,000 lbs. GTW and 600 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing and a rating of 10,000 lbs. WD and 1,000 lbs. WDTW. CURT class 3 trailer hitches are typically used to attach and haul utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, snowmobile or ATV haulers and more (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest-rated towing component). They make it easy to hitch up and Bring It, offering a vehicle-specific fit and the weight capacity to handle a variety of trailers. Custom class 3 hitches are the most common type of receiver hitch for pickup trucks and SUVs. Because of their weight range, they are also found on full-size cars, crossovers and minivans. Each custom-fit class 3 hitch package is made for vehicle-specific mounting. This particular kit fits certain years of the Chevy Silverado 2500, C1500, C2500, C3500 or C3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500, C1500, C2500, C3500 or C3500HD (see application info to verify vehicle compatibility). It provides a weight carrying capacity of 6,000 lbs. GTW and 600 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing and a rating of 10,000 lbs. WD and 1,000 lbs. WDTW. CURT class 3 trailer hitches are typically used to attach and haul utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, snowmobile or ATV haulers and more (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest-rated towing component). Each class 3 hitch has a 2 in. receiver tube and is tested in accordance with SAE J684 for safety. To ensure that CURT class 3 receiver hitches have what it takes for serious trailering, they are designed using a hands-on approach and are constructed with rugged, high-strength steel and precise welding. We also protect our class 3 hitches in a co-cured finish of liquid Bonderite and black powder coat for superior resistance to rust, chipping and UV damage.
