- Transistor Unit - Saab calls this a "Power Unit" - 0 227 100 149 - Mounted on Fender The non-Bosch alternative unit that WORLDPAC also offers has a differently shaped mounting flange. A hole must be drilled for a self-tapping screw in order to mount the non-Bosch unit. Cost savings realized is about 50% from that of the Saab unit.
