The OE upper hose assembly consists of two hoses separated by a metal pipe connector. The replacement Goodyear hose #308 spans the entire length of this assembly. To use the Goodyear hose, it will be necessary cut a section out of it in the same position as the pipe connector on the old hose assembly. Install the old pipe connector in place of the hose section just removed, and then install this new hose assembly in place of the old assembly.
