Nice fit for the 2005 Envoy XUV, Differs slightly from OEM in that it is missing the the rear retainer clip (not a necessity, open the window prior to install to hold up until you get the nuts on the mounting bolts) and the mirror has the heated mirror icon in the outside upper corner of the glass. Easy to follow videos on youtube to be sure you don't miss a clip or bolt. 10mm socket and a couple extensions, and a putty/pry knife are the only tools you'll need. Handy tip: have a magnet or use tape for the bolt in the deeper pocket of the door panel.

seen others like this and read the reviews on them and they all said the others rusted. the bracket on this one is solid aluminum so no rust. fits oem, so no drilling. a feature on the bracket that i liked was that it had two placement holes for the mirror head, so if you tow you can set the mirror out farther to accommodate for the blind spots.

I can see these mirror being used in many trail situations. I used it sledding. Is it a perfect, easy, clear view of what is going on behind you? Nope. It's just enough quick information to know if your crew is still behind you and maybe how far back they are. I gave it four starts just because the Velcro strap is a little small over winter gloves. In my case it was a two person process to put it on my wrist. I couldn't slide the glove off with mirror on my wrist, and obviously couldn't put the glove on with the mirror still around the wrist of the glove. That's a minor consideration. Maybe your hands and wrists are smaller.

The driver's side mirror on my 2003 Altima has been broken for years. Cyanoacrylate glue has been working pretty well, but it has broken a couple times. Nissan wanted $176 for the part. I found this one. First, it fits perfectly and looks like the original. It comes packaged in a bag to keep the mirror clean. It has padding on the edges to keep them from getting nicked. The bolts had rubber covers to keep them clean. It has the gasket needed to seal it. I watched a video online to see how to install it. I'm not all that handy but it only took me 15 minutes to swap out the mirror. You will need a 10 mm ratchet to remove and replace.

A great item...appears well made and I got two for my John Deere 2025 Tractor (mounted to front end loader arm brackets) They are a great help when backing up (especially when snow blowing), they adjust easily and they are rugged and holding up fine on a tractor that's used for logging. Due to the thickness of the casting mounting hole on the tractor I did need to get longer mounting bolts.

Mirrors were as close as I could get to stock mirrors, which are not available. they are fully adjustable and universal. I mounted them just the opposite from picture. They were easy to mount and very universal.. I am pleased with design and quality! Price was so cheap, I did not set my hopes to high. They were perfect for my 280Z.

Perfect fit. 1996 S-10 Blazer (I'm sure it fits a ton of other GM products). Went with the CIPA brand based on overwhelming comments in favor of quality being good. Have been told they are OE to many manufacturers, (Michigan company), based on this product - I believe it to be an exact replacement. Very happy, recommend this brand for sure.

This is a very good product, however buyer beware, the listing is for the DRIVER side mirror, not the passenger side. It worked out great for me considering what I really needed was a Driver side mirror.Mirror is in good working condition and is a glossy black color. Everything I was expecting out of a different product I ordered for more than 3 times the price.Definitely recommend if you're looking to replace your Driver side mirror.

The original mirrors on my '89 Bronco II were so loose that they'd blow against the door at 30 mph. These are the same size/shape/color as the OEM but feel a little cheap. They do have a tension adjustment screw on the ball joint allowing a custom stiffness in its movement. They come too tight to move so give it a couple cranks out before installation. Some other reviewers said the screws are lacking but I found them to for perfectly with about 1/3 inch of the shaft inside the nut. The screws are also a Phillips head instead of the original torx head (which had to have the heads drilled off and the shaft removed with vice grips).

I used these mirrors on a '53 international harvester I'm restoring. They weren't exactly like the original mirrors but they were a close match. It was easy to install and adjust exactly where I needed them. They are very well built and appear to be durable. The only issue I have is that a 5" mirror is pretty small, making it difficult to see everything behind you. But it does work and it provides the look that I want.

Most Convex Mirrors are too small to see anything behind you. The shape makes objects look smaller the farther away they are. But this Mirror is large enough to allow viewing objects at a much farther distances behind you. As my wife says "size really does matter"

I now can sit in my chair in the den and see who is at the front of the house, FedEx, UPS, kinfolk etc. The angle bracket that came with it allows me to place it on a corner 4 feet high and still adjust it. Oh, and loosen the screws on the back to wiggle it and then tighten back. My chair to mirror is 20 feet, My mirror to area to watch bounces off mirror and goes 30 feet more. This is NOT a cheap made mirror. It's as good a mirror can be. the picture here is the BACKside of the thing with the small bracket (removeable) the front side is Convex (poofed outwards) to see a lot more area. The ridges you see I guess are for strength, but it's solid metal no plastic at all.

Simple economicsWhen you are around kids and shopping centers where truck mirrors take a beating ( I even manage to smash them against stuff) you need a source of serviceable mirrors that work well. These do not replace the $200 each mirrors you get on a $50,000 truck but when you realize that replacing a mirror that gets smashed whacked or just destroyed for no reason. $25 beats $200 every day.To mount two of these on my 84 Isuzu I did need to drill two holes in the top mount pad but that was simple as just put new against old and mark where they go and drill away. Not a ten minute job but easily 20 minutes. if you have some skill is such matters.

Replaced the broken factory mirror perfectly, matches the factory mirror in shape and finish. The factory mounting nuts do not fit the smaller size studs on this mirror. The included nuts were self locking and too small for the holes in the body. I had to fit some extra fender type washers secure the mirror.

I picked up a 5" round mirror at a local auto parts store to figure out what size I wanted, then I came to AutoPartsWAY to order 2 of the 6" round mirrors. When they arrived, much to my surprise they were MUCH better quality than the one from the auto parts store.I put these onto an offroad race buggy and they are absolutely great, as I can loosen / tighten the swivel mount so that it does not move once I have it set.And to the people who say the swivel mount is "too tight"... 1) that's a good thing, it shouldn't be easily movable, otherwise you will be readjusting it all the time... and 2) you can loosen the three screws around the mount and adjust the tension if you really want to. Please don't rate a product bad if you are just too incompetent to use it correctly.

I recently bought a driver side mirror for my 2000 S10. The mirror fit and looked great. The only problem is that the actual glass part of the whole mirror vibrates a lot. When I look back and forth from my original side passenger mirror and the new OEM mirror I can really tell the difference. But in my case I haven't had a drivers side mirror for over a year and a half so I am happy with it. Maybe it's time to reinstall my rear view mirror as well!

This was a perfect fit/replacement part.I found the Manufacturer's part number on the mirror I broke (falling ice from overhead sign on I-80 going through Des Moines...), typed it into the AutoPartsWAY search bar, and Ta-DAaa I found it immediately.I was able to remove/install in minutes and the mirror is everything I expected it to be. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

For the price, this mirror is fantastic. It's less than 1/8th of the price of an OEM mirror, as long as you're okay with a spray can, you can color match it easily (don't forget the clear coat).Unfortunately it does vibrate when driving. It doesn't impair your rear-view vision, but it is noticeable. The writing on the mirror also doesn't match the OEM mirror (which has no writing).

      01 Feb, 2013
Everything is as I expect it, and for around $20 a mirror is not going to be extremely high-quality. The mirror itself vibrates while driving down the road making it difficult to distinguish items any distance behind you, but the mirror does the job and makes changing lanes much safer than without one. I bought a passenger side mirror for about $30 a year or two ago that was not much heavier construction but did not have the vibration issue.

Originally bought one for my 4-wheeler. It's nice to be able to see if someone's behind you when riding, without having to turn your head. Was cautious after seeing negative reviews, but I have not had a single problem with loose screws, loose mirrors or anything of that nature. A little common sense goes a long way. It's easy enough to take off while trailering to and from the riding spot, so why not do it? Would I recommend it to others; I bought four more for the kids and grandkids 4-wheelers! Yes I would!

After a terrible experience with the TYC brand mirrors (I reviewed the driver's side, non-heated version as "Disgruntled"), I purchased this one. It was only $65 or so when I bought it last week, I see the price has gone up substantially. Heck, it went up by 50 cents while it sat in my cart that day. Anyway, I uninstalled that horrible TYC mirror and replaced it with this one.Like the other mirror, it looked just like the OEM. Although the TYC had a big scratch on it, the rest looked great. The electronics on this one worked fine too. I went for a drive, and although I didn't hit the freeway, I saw none of the horrible vibration or mirror warp I saw in the other mirror. So far, I'm very pleased with this product. Hopefully that won't change when I finally test it on the freeway. It's a bit more expensive, but considering you'll be sending the TYC model right back after you get it, start with this one. If it turns out to vibrate crazily on the freeway,...

I purchased this mirror in 2010 and it fit my vehicle perfectly. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was that the "glass" shakes/vibrates too much while driving; the housing doesn't seem to vibrate. The OEM mirror glass did not vibrate. But, overall it looks exactly like the original and it fit perfectly.I'm writing this review a year-and-a-half later because now I need to get the passenger side mirror. AutoPartsWAY's "Make Sure It Fits" widget at the top of the page is wrong--It claims that this driver side mirror will not fit my 1998 GMC Sonoma, but it did. After I researched all over the web for the correct mirror, this one was it. At the time, AutoPartsWAY had the best price ($30). The passenger side mirror is now sold by a 3rd party through AutoPartsWAY, and the AutoPartsWAY widget again says that it won't fit--looks exactly like it, same manufacturer, etc. We'll see.So, before you get discouraged by the "Make Sure It Fits" widget, do your research through other sources to know...

When eastern SD gets snow finally we will put this into use for snowmobiling with my husband whom is much fatser than I am. His neck would get soar turning around so often to check for my existance and this seems to be the answer to the problem! He is a big guy (about 300#) with thick hands and when he put his glove on this still fit great over his hand. The velcro stra is very sturdy and secure, plastic seems to be pretty durable as well.We also plan on using this on our power boat that we do not want to mount a mirror onto the windshield of. It has a great range of view. Would purchase again in the future!

Purchased two of these to replace broken mirrors. Looks just like the original and is easy to install once you figure out how to remove the interior door panel. Just three bolts holding it on and it comes with a new styrofoam gasket. Save the bolt nuts from the old mirror as new ones are not supplied. As someone noted, there is a slight low whistle at certain speeds due to aerodynamics, but its not that bad.

I have a 1993 Chevy Van 3500 Chassis. This was almost the same as factory original. Stainless steel outer body should remain maintnenace free for a long time. Bolted right on. Doesn't vibrate like the old one. Can't go wrong here.

These work great for riding. You can see your partners headlight at a glance and keep track of your group. With a little patience you can see what your towing and if it is falling apart, shifting, etc. etc.

Arrived in good condition. A little struggle to get them positioned just right, but truck is very old and length of supports adjust to accommodate. Very pleased.

Fit my International Harvester Pickup perfectly. Good quality. I liked the plastic nuts that expand into the drilled holes for the hardware. Be advised that the plastic seats that the mirrors set on are white. This was perfect for me since the truck is white, but some folks may not like it.

This one installed on a '97 Town Car. Works as advertised (i.e., just like the original) though lighter-built and less complex. Excellent price - Ford wanted at least 3x more.JWH

I purchased a set of these mirrors to mount on my 2009 F150 Ford pick up, to use when towing our 20' Aerolite travel trailer. The quality is good, and the installation was pretty straight forward. The only things I would suggest correcting, would be first of all, to replace the plastic knobs that are used to secure the aluminum mirror extension bars with hex head bolts. It was impossible to hand tighten the knurled plastic knobs sufficiently to hold the extensions arms from moving fore and aft which greatly affected the focusing of the mirrors. I tried slotting the plastic knobs, which was an improvement, but the slots quickly became too worn to be used. So I ended up purchasing 4-1/4-20 x 3/4" stainless bolts which solved the problem, but requires the use of a wrench to tighten it sufficiently. The other potential problem I could see, was the wear point of the strap where it makes a 90 degree bend over the edge of the sheet metal arm that holds the strap adjusting...

After much searching I was unable to find a custom designed extended mirror that would slip over my 2007 4-Runner mirrors. After finding a few blogs that had good things to say about this Cipa mirror, I bought a pair. These are universal and should fit most vehicles. Its not clear in the product descriptions, but they only come one to a box. Most people will need to buy two. These mounted to the vehicle well, and will do the job just fine. After you figure out how to adjust them, they are are fairly simple to take on and off. I only want them on when I'm pulling my travel trailer and they are real easy to remove. The way they mount, the finish on your vehicle should be unharmed. These are well made and should hold up well. The mirror of one of the two I received was broken. I had seen this problem being reported on other web sites. But AutoPartsWAY immediately shipped a replacment--so it was no big deal. The problem is with the...

Mirror works well for helping me see when I get my daughter up on her wakeboard, or when pulling a tube. You do lose sight of riders as they pass far to the right side of the boat, since your body blocks the view. This may be solved with a wider mirror, but I'm not sure. Attachment points seem a little weak, but we have had no problem with it so far. You do get a fair amount of vibration in the mirror, but I suspect that this would be the case with any mirror. Good choice for the price.

Before you order, see if the lens will work on your vehicle by holding a yardstick at 30 degrees below horizontal with the high end touching the rear windshield near the bottom outside the car. If any other part of the yardstick touches something, you either need to mount the bottom of the lens higher or it is not suitable for your vehicle.Buy a wallpaper seam roller to use to roll the air bubbles from between the lens and glass during installation. You will be able to mount the lens precisely where you want it that way. Otherwise the lens will move as you try to wipe away the bubbles. You have plenty of time to try different locations, so be sure you like the results before you leave the lens to dry.If your windshield has excessive tilt, a sort of "tunnel view" results in the bottom half of the lens. In that case you may prefer to use the lens upside down, as a more acceptable view results. If you don't need the view above the lens center, you...

I bought this to replace the passenger side mirror for my 2008 Corolla.Dealer replacement/labor - 350 plus taxAutoBody shop replacement/labor - 260 with taxAutoPartsWAY and Autobody shop- ninety dollars for the part/ paint and install labor - eighty six dollars, this totals to about one hundred eighty bucks out of pocket. The part looks exactly like the stock factory part, but since you will need to paint it to match your factory color, it will not look as clean as the genuine toyota part which comes pre-painted. If you don't mind this, you can save you self a lot of money.

I have a sports car with a pretty low roof line, so whenever I'm the first car at the traffic light, it's hard for me to see the traffic light unless I crouch forward and bend my neck back into a awkward position. There's a product called "Light in Sight" that's specifically designed to alleviate the problem, but it's $17.50/unit. Instead, I bought the CIPA 60200 Wide Angle Lens, cut it in half (across the middle where the center of the "rings" is), and it works just as well. And the fact that I got two lenses out of it just made it all that much better.

I bought this mirror along with the drivers side to replace the stock tow mirrors on my '06 Dodge Ram 2500. The mirror came with all that was necessary to install including mounting bolts. It was back ordered though and took 30 days to get to me but I was told that up front. My suggestion is that you look on the internet for install instructions for the vehicle you are installing it on. I found step by step directions and pics for a Dodge Ram install and they were very helpful. Some suggestions are.... make sure you are careful unplugging the power cord from the old mirror. It has a retaining clip and if you yank on the plug you might get a unpleasant suprise and have the plug separate from the wires. The female plug on the replacement mirror has 2 clips that hold the mirror in place in the mounting holes in the door. You will need a flat screw driver to move them out of the way during removal of the old mirror. I also did not disconnect the window and lock switch...

Badly needed to replace the heavily rusted peeling-paint original equipment mirrors on my 84' RV.These are much more updated and space efficient.I would recommend them to anyone in need of quality side-view mirrors.

I've been using McKesh tow mirrors for 5 years now. I tow with a 2002 Tundra and pull an 8.5' wide enclosed snowmobile trailer. If you've ever towed one, you know you can't see squat. My pickup is not a full-size (like the new Tundra) so I needed something. I've used a number of strap-on tow mirrors and they all have been thrown in the garbage. All I can say is that these rock. Just yesterday I was towing 800 miles, hit a huge wind/thunderstorm (60-80 mph winds) and they didn't budge. Yes, they can get grime on the mirror when it rains and yes, you should get the convex attachments. If you tow a wide trailer, there is nothing on the market that comes close to these tow mirrors (when comparing strap-ons). After market bolt-ons, thats a different story (they don't make any for my truck, but there are some for US Trucks). There is also an Australian firm that makes some that look comparable. Don't know if they sell them in the states.

This is a fantastic safety product. It dramatically increases your field of vision out the back window. Without the lens, I can barely see the ground at the end of my driveway and can't see a 36" child until they are almost half way down the driveway. With this lens I can see the ground about 5 feet behind my van, and can see the same 36" child standing a few inches from the back bumper. Quite a difference! I'm no longer terrified I'm going to back over a little kid in the daycare parking lot. It also makes backing into tight parking spaces a breeze. No ore worries about clipping someone's bumper. It's very easy to install. Honestly. A seven year old could do it. Clean the window, wet the window, place the lens on the window, and smooth out the bubbles. Three minutes maximum.I highly recommend it for any vehicle with a mostly-vertical rear window and no part of the vehicle sticking out behind it. It would be great for minivans, SUVs,...
