This kit is typically installed in conjunction with ICON’s Front Sway Bar Drop Bracket Kit, which may cause clearance issues between the sway bar and the TRD skid plate at certain points in the suspension travel. Installing this spacer kit and lowering the TRD skid plate slightly ensures adequate clearance between these components for full, bind free suspension travel as well as complete functionality of the skid plate.
