  • aFe Powers new front-end differential cover brings performance engineering to the protection of your trucks front-end. This differential cover has a 3-1/2 quart lube capacity (factory cover holds 2-1/2 quarts) at the factory fluid level line, a magnetic drain plug and a magnetic fill plug to remove unwanted debris. Built-in external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air for maximum cooling. aFe has also designed a large oil level sight glass with calibration plug set to the factory fluid level to eliminate overfilling. This differential cover is constructed out of durable die-cast A380 aluminum with reinforced ribs and a wrinkle black powder-coating for maximum strength and style. When it comes to engineering for power, performance, protection and value, aFe Power is the only choice.

      You will need a torque wrench to do this right. I was concerned with the rubber o ring seal and it leaking as I read on some external websites. I torqued to spec and it is OK so far. Running this for a couple of weeks. No leaks and it looks great.

      looks and works great, if you use a quality oil like Amsoil you wont have to mess with this dif cover for a long time.

      Looks great, fits great and was easy to install. I like that it holds 1 additional quart of fluid for added cooling and lubricating.

      Only complaint...kinda expensive, but still cheaper than the other brands that do not have a sight glass. Finally, someone had the idea to put a way to check the oil level without crawling under the vehicle, removing the plug and sticking your finger in it. You can check it just by looking through the back wheel well. I did find some confusion among websites and instructions as to how much gear oil it held. Buy 5 quarts.
