I have 114k on my car, with the original motor mounts, which were a little soft, but still in decent shape. It may seem obvious to say, but the Energy Suspension mounts will cause your car to vibrate more. From 2-3k RPMs, the pitch of the vibration can be annoying. Above 4k, and especially in VTEC, the sound and feel are THRILLING. The car is more responsive in every way, since the engine isn't moving around as much. Wheel hop is gone, and shifting is much smoother. Nobody can say that the vibration feels GOOD, but it's definitely tolerable, especially with the improvement in performance.Installation is fairly easy. There's a good write-up with photos somewhere out there. I used a torque wrench with a combination of extensions, and a 17mm socket. I also used silicone lubricant when positioning the mounts, which made things much easier. For the rear mount, remove all bolts, tilt it forwards, move the hose out of the way, then pull hard.
