Installed this on my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab with the 5.3. The install went pretty smooth after the stock exhaust was removed. Disconnected my negative battery terminal during install to allow computer to recalibrate. After going through my first tank of gas the exhaust sounds much better now. The sound its great, nice low deep rumble when you start it up and sounds really good when coming up to speed. You can tell when it switches to V4 mode but still sounds ok. Really barks when you step on it to pass someone. I would recommend this exhaust.

03 frontier SC CC LBNice system, good quality and fit. I really wish Gibson would have just developed this with the Y pipe though.Lines up perfect with original mounts and exit location.Sound: Fair, great for an everyday car. Not too much not too little. If you're hoping for big noise this is not your kit.

I love this exhaust. It has a great sound and it's not near as obnoxious and "droney" as other systems I've experienced. It's relatively quiet at idle but really wakes up as soon as you step on it.The install was really easy. My buddy and I were able to do the job in a couple hours with simple hand tools (with the exception of the sawzall for removing the factory pipes) and frequent breaks to drink beer. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't quite clear the factory spare. It comes so close, you think they could have tweaked the bends just a hair and it would have cleared. But alas, I am not an engineer so what do I know anyhow? And I'm running larger than stock tires now anyways and keep my spare in the bed, so it's really not that big of a deal. All in all, it's a fantastic system. Would recommend to anyone.

The exhaust went on with no issues. Nice fitment on the ID and OD slip fits with no leaks. It's a little quieter than I wanted so I turned the resonator around backwards and it got a little louder. I'll most likely remove the resonator and install a straight pipe.

This exhaust is a more mild, throaty, deep tone which is exactly what I was looking for. THIS DOES FIT 06-07 Trailblazer SS AWD!!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's really hard to get the exhaust tip centered in the rear bumper cutout. It takes a lot of tweaking of the pipes to get it centered. Otherwise Gibson nailed it with the sound of this exhaust. I am very happy with my purchase!

Ordered Friday, received on Tuesday......in Maui ! Super easy bolt on upgrade, not as loud outside as I expected. Inside the suburban it is louder, but not much. A noticeable rumble, I can feel the improvement immediately over the undersized local replacement that was recently installed by previous owner. I'm happy and so is my suburban. This is a great exhaust. I have this system on two F150s and couldn't be happier. It has a nice sound to it without being obnoxiously loud or causing any drone in the cab. The installation is very easy and straightforward and everything fits great. I'm seeing better gas mileage too, especially when towing.

Super fast shipping. Quality seems really good for the money and the sound on my 2014 Mustang GT is amazing. Its a nice deep tone with a little burble when you let off (engine braking). The fit is perfect, not sure if it could be better. Took my brother an I about an hour and a half to swap it out for the stock mufflers.

Took longer than I would have liked to get this exhaust system. Had to wait a week for it to ship, another week for it to be delivered. Take notice of who you are actually buying this from (the seller). it is not always AutoPartsWAY, and the seller sets the shipping speed. The system is nice, build quality is ok. Had to use my expander to get the pipes into the muffler during installation. Its a little louder than I thought, but overall a nice deep sound out of my V8 4Runner.

The upside is the exhaust is pretty complete(two gaskets to cat on each side are the only parts missing). Fits pretty well (had an issue with the tail pipe going over the hump for the rear diffs. Is stainless, and works well. The downside is the finished, installed kit is too loud for my taste. Not really used to the rumble under throttle. The only question is how long will the kit last? The original factory exhaust lasted 94K miles. Replacing it would have been around a grand from the dealer. The factory muffler was split down the side. Typical nissan quality issue, Could have replaced only the muffler, but then I would have been back in the shop replacing pipes. The tailpipe extension does really look nice. Has "Gibson" engraved in top- nice touch.

This does fit the 5.7 Hemi Commander. Just installed it on mine. I like that it didn't have the second muffler/resonator. Sounds nice. Quieter than the cherry bomb (flowmaster 40 series knock-off) I had on it previously. I really like how Gibson did the clamp-on stainless tip as well--Looks to be easy to replace when the road salt gets to it. Hopefully this system lasts a few years.

I bought this exhaust for my 2005 Dodge Dakota, and I'm very pleased with this purchase. The sound is deep and aggressive, but not too loud where it is annoying. The dual exhaust outlets adds a great sporty look to the rear end and is made of high quality material. I had this exhaust professionally installed, so I can't comment on the installation difficulty.

Install took me a whole day but that's because it was my first exhaust install and my 01 ford f150 HAD a 2.5 inch pipe and the exhaust kit came made with to adapt to a 2.5 inch pipe so I had to go buy a adapter for $3.00 but it was my first time so eh, after I got it installed and got the adapter everything went smoothly bolting up everything! And it's IS loud, I don't know what everybody else is looking for, but for my 01 F-150 XL V6 4.2 with stock intake it's super loud! I can hear it clearly inside the cab at highway speeds but it's not too loud that it's annoying though haha! Looks great has great Crome tips and came with all the brackets and bolts (besides the adapter) I love it and it gets a lot of looks from guys who drive V8 trucks with aftermarket exhausts on it because it's so loud haha.-loud-easy to install (should take someone who's experienced maybe 1-2 hrs)-good price (when I bought it, $325)-makes a v6 sound like a loud v8-looks...

I installed this on my 1995 Toyota pickup extended cab 4wd and worked out great!! I had to do some welding and custom fabrication on the end going to cat, but other than that, everything worked out well. Very happy with how it has held up through harsh winter salt and it sounds and performs fantastic. This and a stock airbox with K&N filter made a huge difference with how the 3.0L V-6 performs.

I installed on a 2005 Avalanche and it fit just as described. The sound is deeper than stock at the lower end and there is just a little in cab noise at freeway speeds. Installation was pretty quick. The worst part was removal of the stock exhaust, had to cut a replace the studs at the "y" (live in MN so this was expected) over all very happy with this system.

I've had this identical system on my truck for over 6 years now, and its not even close to rotting out yet! This system not only looks hot, it sounds great too....just the right amount of growl and aggression, no to mention the performance gains. I should also add the fact that I live in New England where the winters are fairly harsh! If I ever have to replace the exhaust, I will definitely go with this one again.

I've gone through quite a bit in trying to get a muffler. But once I got it installed and turn my key and heard exactly what I was going for and knowing that's what ill be hearing now on a daily basis. Its awesome when things go as planned.

Meets and beats expectations, unlike other reviews the system is not soooo loud. It quiets noticeably on the interstate which was the only reason I was skeptical about the purchase. So far, so good. Thanks AutoPartsWAY for another amazing product delivered fast!

The shop wanted $660 dollars to replace my exhaust from behind catalytic converter on back.Saw this stainless system and thought I would try it myself. Glad I did. Comes with great instructions and tips and was very easy to install on the existing hangers. Improved MPG by about 1 to 1.5. Only drawback is it is a little louder than stock exhaust, but it does allow engine to run "easier". You can tell it in the sound.Saved almost $300 and ended up with stainless exhaust rather than cheap unit the shop would have installed.

I pulled the truck up on the curb in my driveway for some extra clearance to swap out the exhaust. The whole process took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. The exhaust sounds great. Not too loud not too mellow.

Love it! Great mid-tones and sounds great when I have to get on it. Even at idle it's got a good rumble, but not obnoxious to wake the neighbors in the morning when I'm warming up the Pathy.

Exhaust went on my 2012 4wd 4runner. Installation only took 2 hours by myself, the vehicle can be on the ground for removal of old and installation of new pipes. Sounds better than stock, not too loud inside and a small boost in performance and MPG. I paired this with a K&N filter to help accommodate each other. It fit very well, I would definitely buy a Gibson exhaust again.

I put this on my 2008 Ford F150 FX2 Sport/ Supecab. Allowing more air to be exhausted out allows the engine to run a bit easier. And this exhaust definitely does that. I cut the old custom exhaust off and those pipes fit inside the Gibson Exhaust pipes. I just laughed. The new piping just seems so huge. But I did notice a bit deeper and throatier tone. Not just loud, but loud and deeper. Yet still mellow all the same. I like it. There was an issue with me. The "GIBSON Intermediate Pipe", coming from the stock Ford Catalytic Converter, didn't clamp down with the stock clamp. It just couldn't bite down anymore. And the new exhaust was quite loose. I called Gibson letting them know what I had done and what the measurements of the new pipe were. Mike at Gibson was very helpful and wanted me to send that peice of piping back to him. When it came down to it, I simply went to the local auto shop and bought ($3.50) a new exhaust clamp. Works great. No escaping gases. Oh...

The fit was perfect. Saved me alot of money compared to a factory system. My Silverado 2500 muffler started to rot and the converter is built in. Gibson allows you to cut the pipe after the converter and relocate the O2 sensor. And you can't beat the beautiful sound. Not too loud.

I ordered this stainless steel system to replace the original factory system on my 2000 Xterra. Yes, the original lasted thirteen years! It came ups fairly quickly. It seems to be of good quality. Installation was pretty easy once I got the original system off (used lots of penetrating oil). Took my time so I could reuse the existing factory mounting points. I do have a hoist which is a definite advantage. If you don't like working underneath I would recommend taking this system to your local garage and let them do the install.I liked the quality and the fact that almost everything was included to mount it. I only needed new bolts to mount it to my cat. and a few nuts and washers for the rear bracket(my originals were shot). It would have been nice if a complete nut, bolt, washer and cat. Gasket kit was included or available as an option.I would have went with 5 stars but the sound was just a bit different/ louder than I was expecting. It's hard to describe. It's not...

I needed a complete exhaust for a 03 Tacoma I purchased & this was the best priced one out there. I've used Gibson exhaust before & had no problem with them as far as installation & fit. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I have real bad tinitis in my left ear & at certain RPMs the tone of these mufflers is somewhat annoying, but the rest of the time they're very quite & they do improve performance & gas mileage. On a 2000 GMC Sierra 4x4 V8 I managed 20mpg at 70mph with this & the other modifications I made to the truck. This was actual mileage not EPA estimated. On the Tacoma 2whl drive 5 speed I went from 30mpg to 36 mpg at 70 mph. My wife has no issue with the tone of the muffler & agrees it's pretty quiet otherwise. Great Product & I like Gibson exhausts and AutoPartsWAYs service & shipping.

I just put this on my wife's 2008 Chevy 1500 crew cab short bed. After having put a cheap exhaust on her old ford 150 this was a pleasant surprise. It went on quick and easy, everything lined up and the only cut I made was to get the old exhaust off. For those reviews that said this is not a loud exhaust I disagree. The 5.3 in her truck sounds awesome now. Unless you want to wake up the entire neighborhood when you drive by this has great sound. The best part was I never expected to get this nice of an exhaust for this price. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I bought this Gibson setup for my 2004 F150 FX4, SuperCab (not SuperCrew), with a 6-1/2ft bed. This is the "new body style" F150, and not the "Heritage" model. Truck has the 5.4L 3V engine, and being an FX4, is 4-wheel drive. Truck is all stock with no modifications. My requirements for a new system were: 1) excellent fit, 2) high quality, and 3) a moderate, smooth sound. This system met all three goals perfectly. Installation was a piece of cake, and in fact, I never even jacked the truck up or took off the rear tire. I simply sawed off the old pipes to remove the old system. That turned out to be 90% of the battle. The Gibson system literally slid right into place. All factory hangers lined up nicely. Supplied hardware was good. Clearance with all pipes and the truck literally were OEM in nature, even with the larger, mandrel bent piping. Build/weld quality on the muffler was all good as well, and the pipes were not super thin gauge material. I sprung for...

Happened to see the purchase order for the items and decided to search online for the exhaust. Came upon this and ordered it. Had the dealership install it for $70.00....needless to say, we saved a TON of $$$$$. This is the exact same product they were ordering....go figure....it pays to be thrifty.........nice rumble...not to loud or mild...just enough to "know" the exhaust is not stock.

Kit fits very well, excellent fit and finish. Love the side exit and stainless construction. Super deep, smooth growl at low rpm. It is VERY loud ... Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. There is a fair amount of resonance at low revs and forget talking at WOT. I'm still young and juvenile so I'm okay with it. If you commute with your truck though I think this will drive you nuts ... Get the Gibson dual sport instead. Very well made and easy to install though and it looks super cool.

I installed this system on my 97 2 door Tahoe. After 2 flow master systems rotted out on me I was getting tired of replacing exhaust systems. Gibson is the only company that offers a stainless system for the 2 door so options were limited. I don't want to knock flowmaster but they just don't last on these trucks they tend to rot out right after the muffler before they go over the rear axle. Seem the condensation sits there and rots from the inside out. In hindsight I should have spent the extra bucks the first time I changed the exhaust and replaced it with the Gibson unit. This system is well made and fit perfect, I installed it myself as I have with the others so there were no additional cost. It has a nice mellow tone to it, and hopefully the last time I have to change my exhaust.

I have a 94 Toyota 4x4 pickup and tried my best to assemble this product. It wasn't quite fitting right at the rear muffler hanger that connects the over axle pipe to the muffler. The second issue I had was the reduction pipe and the stock were at a slight angle so I was going to need it welded anyways. Also my truck didn't have a stock muffler system on there so that probably played a factor. Three hours go by and I decided to call a local muffler shop for some advice. Mr. Johnny Muffler Man said "in less than one hour will getter hooked up for 85$ we do these all the time", so i went for it. better to have pros put on some welds rather than these clamps that Gibson sends you. They did damn fine work and within 45 minutes they were done. So 367$ with shipping and handling and another 85$ for my situation/set up overall everything else is great. I Recently Bought And Installed Some Long Tube Exhaust Headers! But My Gibson Muffler Was Going To Be A Week From Being Shipped! So, I Installed The Headers And Used My Stock Miffler For The Time Being. Took Some Time and Once Done I Started It Up! The Rumble Was So Loud That My Neighbors Came Out To See What Was Going On! One Of Them Stated That It Sounded Like His Brothers Giant Cocktruck! Need Less To Say, Not What I Wanted. But I Had To Wait, For My Muffler, As The Days Went On my Cocktruck Announced My Arrival Everywhere I Went! Complaints And Bad Looks Followed Me. I've only been runnin this exhaust on the mountain limo for a week now. It was an easy install, the parts were exact fit to bring my tail pipe out at the factory location and this muffler sounds nice on the six banger.Mellow drone when cruisin and seems to be very quiet on acceleration, if your lookin for that loud "fart can" sound, you should look elsewhere, this aint gonna cut it for you. If you want a quality exhaust system that'll give ya a bit more than stock but won't wake the neighbors(at least not on a Jeep 4.0L) then this is for you. Only time will tell, but from the weight and thickness of the pipes, I think this'll last me a long time.

I bought this for a 1998 2 door tahoe. i was forced to buy Gibson because not many companies make a stainless catback. It fit great but I wish it had a more aggresive sound at normal rpm driving like my Magnaflow one was on my 94 Blazer Sport. Either way, its a great product. I would suggest buying an extra flange gasket from the cat back to the ypipe. this kit does NOT come with new bolts needed to bolt it to the ypipe. I used three 1/2-13 hex bolts about 1" long.

Bought this for my 2002 Nissan Xterra 3.3L 4x4 (non-sc). If the old bolts would have cooperated, I would have installed it myself. However, without the torch to cutoff the old bolts, I ended up taking it in.Install is simple and the hangers matched perfectly. This is not a cherry bomb. If you're looking for loud, this is not your setup. At idle or just cruising around town, you get a nice throaty rumble. But when you put your foot into it, you know you're not running a stock setup.Simple installation. Good product. I have lost the chrome finish to the tip, but I'm not all together unhappy with that fact. If it comes down to it, I'll bedline it and be done with it.

Bought and installed Gibson 315536 cat-back exhaust on my 2007 Silverado 1500 Classic ext cab regular bed with 4.8L V8:I researched every exhaust that AutoPartsWAY offers for my truck and Gibson was the only one that claims it increases low-end torque and horsepower at low RPMs. (Unlike cold air intakes that claim huge power gains but only at near redline RPMs). Ive had Blowmaster in the past and the drone inside the cab is unbearable, dont worry though they rust through and fall off within 2 years. I then had a Magnaflow, actually lost low-end power and it was barely louder than stock.AutoPartsWAY had by far the best price online at 335. The HUGE Gibson box showed up 2 days after I ordered it.REMOVAL OF OLD EXHAUST: Raise truck and place on jack stands. Lower/Remove spare tire. Soak exhaust flange bolts with a good quality liquid wrench (let seep for 10 minutes or so). I used a Dewalt 20v Impact Driver and 15mm socket to remove the flange nuts (pneumatic impact will work...

Many years ago, I would hear Chevy truck pull up and notice how good the exhaust sounded. I would walk over and see "Gibson" on the exhaust tip every time. Seven years ago when I purchased my Silverado it never crossed my mind to get anything other than Gibson exhaust. I was always complimented on how good my truck sounded. Three months ago when I purchased my 2013 Silverado it was a no brainer... I ordered the Gibson system again. It was easy to install, with just a couple basic sockets and I didnt even need to jack the truck up. Low mello tone at idle, much more intense under WOT. Fan for life!

I really like the sound on my 2003 Dodge RAM. The new exhaust was reasonably easy to install, only had to cut off about 2 inches to get everything to line up correctly. I bought the exhaust along with a K&N cold air intake and Airade Throttle body spacer in an attempt to help both gas mileage and power. I definitely helped the power (mainly low-end) and the gas mileage is also better, not as good as I hoped, but better. I did not believe that it would help as much as each of the different parts actually claimed as my truck would have been getting 26MPG if I bought it based on that belief and I would have been very unhappy. I bought the parts hoping to bump the gas mileage 2-3 MPG and I got that plus a little more but did not get 5mpg more.

Bang-for-the-buck, Gibson is an excellent buy. Not too loud, not raspy. Just a low rumble and a good throaty sound when you open up the throttle. This is the second Gibson I've purchased. The first one was for a GMC Sierra. Sounded great. This one is for my Mustang GT.Install was really straight forward. I sprayed all the bolts (6 total for this...two on each clamp just behind the H-pipe, and one on each muffler) with WD-40 the day before, and didn't have any trouble getting them undone. So, taking the original pipes out was simple. Putting this new unit on wasn't bad, just a tad tricky getting the mufflers in the hangers and getting the pipe into them. I had access to a lift, and I did have an extra set of hands when needed. It took me an hour, might have taken just slightly longer if I was under the car on jack-stands.

This is a very substantial heavy duty system. One thing, because tubing is so thisk gauge the u clams could not squeeze connections tight enough for solid hold so I ended up welding all the connections, bear this in mind. But when welded is a VERY solid system. Also, not very loud at all which I like. Just enough to let the guy your passing know you are there, but doesn't bother the neighbors. very nice.

Quality stainless steel exhaust with great throaty sound and no annoying drone. I would advise you to have it installed by a pro since the OEM exhaust is usually welded in at the factory and clearance near the rear axle is tight without a lift. Took it to my local mechanic who charged me 1 hour to cut out old OEM exhaust that was welded in and 1 Hour to install the new Gibson. Aboslutely love the sound and extra power. Trust me buy it, you will not regret it.

I have a 2003 F-150 and although the exhaust was very easy to install and looks awesome, the sound isn't as throaty as I was hoping. I did a lot of research for an exhaust before purchasing this one and overall its a great buy. However, other than not being loud is the fact that i had to remove the spare tire due to clearance issues. Which I'm not completely happy about, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Just make sure you read the install instructions before buying.

This exhaust system was an easy bolt on that only took about an hour and a half from start to finish to install. Nice seat of the pants improvement in low to mid-range horsepower. Nice sound on the outside with minimal noise in the cab. This is a high quality, well engineered product.

This is the BEST exhaust system we have found for our 1992 Ford Explorer. The only two problems with this system is that the pipe/tubing is thick and strong making it every hard to clamp connections so that they will not move. Also, the mounting/hanging brackets are not in the proper position requiring modification/bending to the exhaust shield near the rear axle.

This review is for my 91 Ford Explorer, 4.0L, 4 door, 4WD on mostly stock with JBA headers and MagnaFlow Cat. 6 weeks and 1500 miles later...First off, the quality of the whole kit is nice. All the hardware was complete including hangers and bolts. The tailpipe is 2 piece and a chrome tip and the fitment was good, but not great. The piping goes between the shock absorber and the sway bar link and there is only 1 inch space on either side before touch them. This made precise fitment really important. With 2 pieces it was a chore, but I am doubtfull and 1 piece would work with older sagging springs and general wear and tear on a 21 year old truck. I had to really take my time and go step by step working my way back form the cat connection to the tip. But I was rewarded with a nice setup that only required tightening up the clamps once to make sure everything was good and tight. The stock location hangers work perfect and the look is very nice exiting just behind the rear...

This exhaust isn't loud but it does give a little purr to the truck. I didn't notice power gains but the little purr makes a difference. The engine is louder and you can barely hear it when you're inside but overall the exhaust sounds really nice because let's face it, the Nissan Frontier is a small pickup not a powerful V8 Dodge or Chevy. The exhaust goes with the lift kit and tires. Really love it, highly recommended to those who want a little growl but not enough to have cops pulling you over.

Product arrived in perfect shape with instructions for install which were easy to follow. I've read other reviews which characterized this exhaust as a bit deeper than stock, but not obnoxiously loud. I'd agree with that in regards to the sound on my 2007 Avalanche. When you punch it, you know its not stock under there. I installed this, along with a K&N filter, and a programer to give me a little extra power. The install went fine. The instructions were easy to follow and as other reviewers have noted, the hardest part is getting the old exhaust off. I used a sawsall to cut the old one just in front and behind the rear axle. The Gibson exhaust came with all the necessary parts and clamps. Everything fit perfect. I am not a mechanic by any means....I can change oil, plugs, wires, minor stuff. This was a fun morning project and the truck sounds great. One other thing, the AutoPartsWAY photo shows dark tips on the exhaust. This model is stainless, and comes with polished...

The Gibson exhaust is an excellent CAT-Back system. Once Broken in, the sound was really good. power is noticeable at high revs (dont expect much difference though). The only negative thing is the week clamps supplied with the system. I was tighting them to 65 ft/lb (recommended by manufacturer) and the clamp thread snapped. Gibson after sales service is really excellent as they have sent a replacement straightaway. I opted to buy a Stainless Steel Clamps so i would avoind having the same problem.Another negative thing is that the stainless steel Tip was affected by the exhaust heat and i could see rust and colour changes in it.Aside from that the performance is excellent.

This Gibson SS cat back system will fit any Toyota PU from 88 to 95, a fact that the product info does not make clear. I even called Gibson Tech, and even they didn't know that. The price is way below cost, probably because the vehicles it fits are pretty old. The only tricky part about installation is fitting the reduction pipe on the cat side inside the stock pipe - it gan be pretty tight. Needed to heat cat side pipe with a torch and use a pipe expander to allow it to slide in, but that's probably because that pipe was already replaced once and was not exactly stock ID.

I was replacing from the headers back on a 2005 2500HD and had Eastern cats/mid pipes from JC Whitney. The mid pipes ended at different lengths and I had to use a 24" section of the old exhaust to make up the difference. If you are just cutting out from your current cats and replacing then you should have no problems at all. Assembly was a breeze and it went together with no problems. Sound is nice and deep but subtle enough not to be annoying, it levels out and it plenty quiet at highway speeds with the windows up.

I installed this yesterday on my 2004 Ford Escape. Here's my breakdown.Installation: 3/5Once the old system was removed, installation was fairly simple with a couple of hiccups. First, the included segment that connected to the factory pipe after the catalytic converter was too big. I ended up buying a 2" ID to 2" ID adapter piece, placing it over the stock pipe and sliding the included connector segment piece over the adapter beyond the flanged opening. (Yes, three pieces of pipe held with one clamp. It works though!) I took off two stars for installation because I spent an hour and a half trying to figure out how to get it to work, then figured it out by accident.Fit and finish: 4/5The system closely mirrors the stock location, but is not perfect. It doesn't hang straight down from the hangers, and in very big bumps while turning, the exhaust will bump the bottom of the body. That's very infrequent though. Finally, the tip doesn't exit in the same...

I have had my new gibson exhaust for 2011 jeep wrangler on my truck for about 3 weeks and im extremely happy with it. it took just over an hour to install as i had trouble removing the old muffler from the hangers but its possible with some muscle and wd40 doesnt hurt either. besides that its an easy install i did it right in my driveway and didnt even jack up the truck which is at stock height. it has an awesome rumble at startup and settles down to a nice idle ...on the drive it does begin to droan if you hang out between 2000-2300rpm. it sounds nice when you let off the gas sounding almost like popping and rumbling down. it does increase mileage by about 1-2 mpg but thats only if you can lay off the right pedal because you'll be enjoying the new sound and more pep your jeep will have off the line and passing on the highway. it looks great too with the tips coming out just past the bumper

The exhaust sounds great. Not loud, but it has a nice low rumble to it. Bolting on the kit was easy, except for the plate after the cats. The bolts on the plate was rusted together. A grinder and a welder fixed the problem. Also the kit took a while to get to me.

I am the owner of several Gibson Exhaust systems and they have all been quality pieces, this one being no exception. This one for the Expedition is a "swept side" that provides good flow and increases horsepower, but also greatly increases low end torque. It has a nice, quiet rumble to it only slightly louder than stock with no drone. I have also experienced a 1-2 mpg increase with the addition of the system over the very restrictive stock system. The install went pretty easy as the tail pipe is precision bent, but it is tight working it over the rear axle, not due to the system's pipe, but it is just a tight path to work with. The rest of the rest of the install is typical Gibson, very easy to install. As always, the hardest part is getting the old system off.

This is a great exhaust system. Contrary to what the description says, it fit my 2003 SR5 4WD V6 perfectly. I believe it also stated that this is a side exit system but it is not. It exits in the same manner as the stock exhaust. Overall, this system is very easy to install, adds a nice sound (not too loud at all), and slightly increases throttle response and gas mileage. Very pleased with this unit.

Overall good value for the money. Install is pretty simple and straight forward. Not sure on longevety of the system but so far things work well. Am I faster? doubtful. Am I cooler? probably not. Did this cat-back make the truck sound more like a truck? yes. I did not weigh the stock exhaust but I will speculate that that switching out to this system dropped about ten pounds.

Just got the system installed on a 2006 L59 5.3 Silverado extended cab at a muffler shop and its PERFECT. I was concerned it would be too quiet but that's not the case at all. Very nice deep rumble but nothing obnoxious. Does wail a little if you punch it. I could instantly tell the difference in torque & acceleration, the truck takes off quicker with less throttle and runs quite a bit smoother. Quality through and through. The shop used the clamps in addition to tack welding so that the system would be easier to remove down the road if needed yet still be solidly locked in place. Thank you to Gibson and AutoPartsWAY for giving me the most bang for my buck.

This sounds amazing took me a bit longer to install since i already had a custom magnaflow large case muffler before. When i first started the car i heard a hug difference, i felt a huge difference in throttle response. Its loud when you want it to be but gives a great rumble cruising. I have this paired with a volant srt8 cai system and superchips tuner. i ordered this at 3 pm it shipped out at 7 from california and reived it in chicago next afternoon thanks to AutoPartsWAY prime which is worth every penny. Thanks again AutoPartsWAY.

This is much better than i expeceted. Very low rumble when idoling and great roar when you stomp on it. I wish it was just a little louder at full throttle though. I read the greater than 95 dB when towing warning at thought it would be a little louder. You can hardly hear it on the highway at cruising speeds which is nice. Very easy for the muffler shop to install. only took 20 minutes or so. The exhaust tips look great!

Great sounding, easy install, and it gave me that little bit of power I've been looking for. All that in an affordable cat-back exhaust!I was actually not sure if this would fit my truck but it fit perfectly. I have a 2004 tacoma v6 3.4L, xtra cab, 74.5" bed. The instructions and details online for this product say "short bed" which threw me off because the 74.5" bed is the only bed that comes with the xtra cab trucks.

I have a 2008 Silverado, 5.3L Active Fuel Management/Flex Fuel. I did some research to find the right cat back system and I made a good choice choosing this one. This exhaust system has strong reviews on several auto parts websites. The primary reason that sold me was this system is designed specifically for vehicles with Active Fuel Management. Some reviewers said that other cat back systems would actually backfire or make a popping sound when the engine switched back and forth between 4 and 8 cylinders. So, Pros and ConsPROS: Easy to install - I'm not a mechanic and I was able to install this with a friend in a little more than an hour - everything fits perfect - very easy! Looks great - I would recommend spending the extra $$ and get the stainless steel Sounds tough - gave my stock Silverado a very throatty sound - definetely louder than stock exhaust but it's not too loud Better MPG - I have seen an improvement in gas mileage Better...

I bought this exhaust a couple of months ago and installed on my grand cherokee. Install time took 1.5 hours (mostly spent removing the old exhaust. This exhuast has a really nice rumble to it (louder than stock - but still not crazy loud). At highway speeds you can barely hear the exhaust hum.Fuel mileage:I was getting 500kms to a tank of fuel prior to install. After the install - my next fillup was at 580kms...which impressed me how much more I was getting on a tank of fuel. The exhaust will pay for itself in less than a year of drive.
