Added this on my 2006 Ford F-250 super duty. Fit fine, just needed a little bit of welding which was no problem for me. I replaced the single mbrp smoke stack exhaust for this one.

The product is very well constructed and sounds good. It is has it own distinct sound and is perfect for the family hauler the system went on. I have not had the chance to test the gas mileage claims as of yet, but the difference in acceleration is very noticeable.

Great exhaust and amazingly simple to install. It took about 20 minutes to cut out the old exhaust using a reciprocating saw then about 30-45 minutes to install the MBRP. Everything fit just as it should and all the mounting points were perfect matches to my truck.

Purchased for 04 gmc canyon 3.5 l. Install was straight forward quality item sounds great also have volant cai kit installed, can definitely feel performance difference than stock. There is a drone noise under heavy acceleration but once at cruising speed barely noticeable, would recommend getting the stainless band clamps comes with regular u bolt type exhaust clamps.

Not bad for the price, dose have a mellow but quiet drone. Install is easy, took me less than an hour. Quick note to install... To get the turbo outlet pipe in, remove the 2 bolts that hold the rear of the transmission to the cross member ( the exhaust hanger support to the rubber mount one) then you can slide the rear of the trans over to the driver side and make getting the pipe in so much easier. Throttle response and torque is slightly noticeable. Overall a good upgrade from stock and easy to install.

Sounds awesome. Even when towing. Great deep sound but not too loud. Does not resonate much in cab like 4" exhausts. Installed in 45 min with hand tools and two people.

Installed these on a 2000 F350 DRW, they look fantastic and the sound is such a low note. My truck also has a Blue-Ox gooseneck and there are no issues. Installed in combination with the Doug Thorley long tube headers, great torque, the motor climbs like a turbo as you pass 3000 rpms. I relocated the final exhaust mount to be about three inches back and closer to the tip - so the both sides are mounted equal. Low note growl and then hush beyond 3000 rpms.

Excellent fit, looks even better than I thought it would. It is a smidge louder than I would have hoped, I got it more for the stainless/non rust feature, not the "performance" sound. I cut off the 2 factory bolts, then I had to slightly jack up the Jeep Liberty to get the tail pipe over the rear axle, and slipped it all in and together. If you rotate the tailpipe nozzle with the bolt to the top hidden beind the bumper, it is slightly harder to tighten, but looks much better!

I replaced a "custom" exhaust (with a Magnaflow muffler) with this one and what a world of difference it made. My Sierra drives so much better and the cabin drone is almost unnoticeable now. I am not a mechanic by any means but it took myself and my 3 year old about an hour to install on the ground in the driveway. The sound is much deeper when idling that the Magnaflow, but is perfect when at cruising speed.Do note that this exhaust is NOT black. To me it didn't matter either way, I was hoping it was black but was fine when it wasn't. To some that may not be the case so be aware.

Great exhaust system, great sound, and great savings. When installing found that the tip was damaged, contacted MBRP directly and had new one on my door step within 3 days! Excellent customer service! Also was a very easy installation, I had about 2 hours into it with my 2 year old "helping".

I was very happy with the outcome of this being added to my 2011 Ram 2500 Crew Cab 6.7L Cummins. I already had the EGR/DPF deletes done, straight back from the turbo to the muffler, I used this kit to replace the stock muffler back, it sounds completely different, but much better. I also noticed a gain of about 1.2 mpg on the average, making it 20.2 (+/- 2). Some thing to note is that if you install this, your going to fail emissions if your state has certain requirements. I would personally recommend that you do a turbo back straight pipe, EGR/DPF deletes, and get a performance tuner like Mini Max or Edge, there are a lot of them out there but I have had the best experiences with the two.Install time took 35 minutes ( on a vehicle lift )I had the kit tack welded to make the bolt on features obsolete, I have heard that bolt on kits can and do come loose over time.I do not have a EGT gauge so I do not know if there was a difference, definitely getting it added...

Just a fantastic exhaust that is well worth the money. Also sounds great on my 2001 F250 7.3.Just a heads up, if you have anything but a crew cab long bed, you will have to cut it down.

For the price you can't beat this system. Since I live in MI. I used por-20 to protect since it's not stainless. Had flow master on my truck and the cabin noise was very load. This system is much better when it comes to cabin noise

The ONLY reason this didnt get five stars is there is a support bracket that is about 1/2 too long near the cats and rubs on the frame and makes a horrible rattling sound....i put a piece of thick rubber between the two and it stopped it, you can just nip this off or whatever but that was my temp fix..but otherwise it sounds really really nice...nice burble at idle and cruising at 2000rpm its just about right and not overwhelming...above that it starts getting kinda loud but hey if you wanted a quiet exhaust then keep the stock one and just add a cold air kit that wakes it up a bit even before the exhaust...tromp on it and it comes alive and people are looking! The polished tip is awesome looking. All components seem durable and are very easy to install in less than an hour or so. Im very happy with this purchase...its installed on a 2003 Tahoe w 5.3L.

I put this on my stock 2003 Chevy, crew, shortbed duramax. It was very straight forward and easy to install by myself. It cleared my under the bed stock spare tire. Super exhaust for the price!I highly recommend you pre-soak your cat bolts before you try to "break" them free.Happy Holidays.

Bought this for my 06 f250 psd and it looks fantastic! It bolts and hangs right in the stock slots the hard part was getting the old system out. It is not a loud setup but it does provide a little bit more sound and alot lower egt's

If your looking for air flow and unrestricted exhaust flow this is the one. I purchased this through a local 4 x 4 shop in Topeka, Ks. After it was all said and done, I looked over the package it fit like a glove on my F-350, had to trim one of the pipe holders it was contacting the fire wall. So if you do purchase this on the 6.0 the bracket at the fire wall must be trimmed about 1" to allow for expansion and contraction otherwise when you idle it makes a sound that reassembles your waste gate is hung up.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade on exhaust.

Took me and a few buddy's about a hour it's very straight forward and heavy lol but get the old exhaust out first makes it a lot easier to just mount it up. Egts dropped and got a little better throttle response pretty happy!

This exhaust system provides a very deep aggressive sound out of your diesel engine. not too much turbo whistle. Completely worth the money. Also if you are looking at replacing your downpipe as well you should do it all at once because once you get this system in place you are not going to want to move it. Only issue you may have is the clamps MBRP sends are not very good. so unless you or someone you know is good with a torch I would recommend having someone install them for you. AutoPartsWAY had It to my door in a couple of days. All around awesome transaction

I installed this exhaust on my truck in about 3 hours. I had a problem with the clamp where the down pipe connects to the turbo which is the only part to be re-used and certainly not the fault of MBRP. I cut the old pipes off with a Sawzall as I wanted it off quickly and had no desire to save anything. I had the wife hold the new down pipe while I attached the clamp at the turbo. No problem with install, just take your time, be sure all the sections are fully together and tighten the clamps front to back after everything is installed. The sound is really nice when you get past half throttle and sounds mostly stock other wise which is what I wanted. I'm 44 and don't want to be an attention whore a$$ hat that needs a stupid loud straight pipe exhaust. :)

Very easy to install, took about 45 mins to an hour on the ground in my driveway. Sounds great, very little drone in the cabin at all, only ever noticeable when AFM kicks in (not terrible still, but I plan to shut AFM off anyhow). Never been disappointed with an MBRP exhaust yet, also had a similar set up on my 2007 Duramax 2500HD.

The MBRP Black Series S5228BLK single exhaust helps to set my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited apart from the crowd. My husband was skeptical about putting a catback exhaust on a V6 but he runs MBPR on his Silverado so we decided to try. It has a nice deep tone with no interior drone. Loved my Jeep before...but now even more.

Installed on 10' F150 Platinum 5.4L Super Crew. The hardest part was getting the old exhaust off in my garage. Had to lift the rear to give the clearance to move the pipe out and around the axle. The new system went on smooth and since I have the short bed the extension pipe was not needed. The exhaust has a nice start up sound with I quiet idle. Once on the way it has a great, pretty deep (for a single out), tone. It is loud enough to hear it during normal driving but in no wary annoying. When you put your foot in it the system really comes out and has a pretty aggressive tone but again without being annoying and obnoxious.I run some 33x12.50 and with the programmer only I was getting 12-13 during city driving, with this system i was getting high 14's low 15's during stop and go traffic. I have not had a long drive with it yet but believe I will be getting around or slightly above stock mpg with my tires. One tool that would have helped was some deep...

I bought this for my 01 dodge diesel crew cab short bed it was an easy install. I came up a few inches short but it comes with an extra length of pipe for a long bed so I just cut what I needed from that piece. No big deal especially for the price

The MBRP is a great product. Its not one of those "look at me I'm coming from a mile away, exhausts" it has a nice rumble at about 2000 RPM's and then slightly fades away unless you hold down the gas. I noticed my engine had less trouble while idling and definately a better ride. Not exactly a product that blew me out of the water, but definately something I'd buy for a truck that I dont plan on using it other than day to day use.

this is for my 2003 f-350 super-duty crew-cab 6.0 short box. This is a good product and would purchase again! Its a bit of a struggle to install for 1 person but not too bad. Hard to get the turbo clamp ring back on and hold the down pipe in place at the same time. I don't understand why the down pipe is 3 1/2" and the rest is 4". Glad i did not go with the 5". Its a bit louder than the factory exhaust and the turbo is much louder. this is made to fit a few different truck config and i had to cut a piece of pipe to fit. I did have to cut the old exhaust in pieces in order to get it out. was a bit of a struggle to get the old down pipe off. This is a great way to eliminate your cat! The extra noise makes me feel like i have a performance truck now lol

MBRP has been making just about the best exhaust systems for quite a while and I had the opportunity in owning a couple of them in different trucks. There are other systems that are wayyy too expensive for my taste. My truck is a working truck, so I don't need all the fancy finishes or polished stainless steel. This system will outlast the life of the truck anyway, so why waste your money on an overpriced systems (unless you do truck shows). Go with MBRP, you won't regret it.

Now that it is installed it sounds so much better than the factory system, even get a little more turbo whine and feels more responsive.Installing was not very much fun, I knew it was going to be a pain from what I had seen online, but overall the kit pretty much went together with very few snags just had to bend one of the pipes on the end to remove where it looked like someone dropped it and smashed the edge in not bad but enough it souldn't slide over the other pipe.

Just installed my exhaust yesterday and it was easy enough to do myself, but I am pretty mechanically inclined. Sounds amazing! Not too loud, but you know it's there. I haven't done any highway driving with it on yet, but around town has been great! My spec are below, I have a 4.6L V8 and it fits perfectly! NO fitment issue whatsoever! Installation was straight forward on the instruction, but I would HIGHLY suggest to install the driver's side rear exhaust hanger that goes next to the spare tire before hanging the pipe on it, makes the installation much easier....and keep plenty of WD-40 or your choice of lubrication handy, makes sliding the hangers onto the rubber grommets easier. Good luck! You won't be disappointed with this purchase!2011 Tundra Crewmax4.6L V8 not the 5.7L V8OEM base suspension

I installed this exhaust on my 07 F250, also used the cat test pipe. The install with a helper took just over an hour not counting the demo, the hangers fit my stock brackets perfect making the job fast and easy. Cut the old exhaust out it will save a lot of time, I used a supersawzall cutting the hangars on the pipe side and pulling the small pieces out the back side then cut the pipes. Looks Good Sounds Good.

This is my first review of a product. I am very pleased. My biggest fear was tearing out the old exhaust and the new one not go in quite right. The parts were all there, the quality is there, the muffler is polished aluminum. Very nice. The hardest part was taking the old system out. The two tools most critical were a reciprocating saw with a metal cutting blade and a grinder. My 17 year son and I did the whole install in under two hours.

OK first off let me say that if you own a late model GM truck/suv, this is the exhaust system to have. Sure Gibson, MagnaFlow, and Flowmaster make a good product...but they are sooo proud of their names. Hands down I would pit this system against any of the big names any day. High quality stainless steel construction, all the necessary hardware(also stainless), deep throaty rumble that's modest yet intimidating when you lay into the throttle, not to mention the gains in throttle response and fuel economy. In short this is by far the biggest bang for your buck. Also, if you are considering this system, I recommend you do it in conjunction with the Bully Dog gas programmer and a less restrictive air intake for more noticeable gains.

Worth every penny! 1 hour total install, I did have a friend, and a hoist,, sounds good!, at the same not too loud.,, becareful to measure middle pipe before cutting, the measurement they give is between the pipes, have to add on for the flanges!

best price you can find for a stainless turbo back exhaust. Not counting removal of old exhaust, installation took less than 30 minutes. Exhaust note is only loud during hard acceleration, exactly what I was looking for. Turbo noise is rather loud. Worth every penny and more.
