  • The Programmable 6AL-2 lets you lock out the distributor and program a timing curve via a PC. Youll also be able to set a 2-Step Rev Limiter, a retard for use with nitrous and even a boost timing curve for forced induction engines! The Programmable 6AL-2 shares the same advanced features of the new 6AL-2 with 535 primary volts and spark energy reaching 135 mJ! Vibration mounts, wiring and a PC cable are supplied. Must use MSD Pro-Data+ Software to program.

      that's been around forever and continues to deliver. Not the clone, not some copy; it's the real deal. It's simple to install and with the correct cord adaptor for your distributor (extra, but also worth it) easily swappable. (Although I've never needed to.)

      Works great on my highly modified RX7. I was getting ignition breakup at high boost and this has the issue covered at 25psi.

      MSD has worked for my boats, tow van, muscle cars "back in the day".Use with a GOOD COIL and most important use high quality steel or copper-wire wound core.because the amount of energy created by this unit will quickly start to degrade normal grade wire.
