Spruced up the rear suspension on a 2004 Focus SVT. Everything fit in the stock bracketery like a glove. Make sure to grease up the bushings that mount the sway bar to the subframe. No grease needed on the endlinks. Great item.

Item description indicated that this item fits my 99' Yukon SLT. ( It doesn't ! ) My Yukon SLT has a 1 3 / 16 front sway bar. But it fit my 94' 1 ton chevy truck ! The best thing to do is measure first.

Perfect fit. Car seems to respond a bit faster to steering inputs now.Con: The supplied grease only works for a short time, then the bushings start squeaking. This is normal for these types of bushings. I just spray some white lithium grease on the bushings from time to time to keep the mice away.

Installed these on my 2000 blazer ls 4x4. perfect fit and really tightened up the front end. I'm planning on doing the rear sway bar links and bushings when it gets warmer here and will definitely buy the matching set to the front. would recommend this to a friend for sure.

Exactly as described. The bar bushings DO have a cut in them to allow fitment to the bar; the cut is just very hard to see at first. This kit is perfect for the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury "Panther" chassis cars such as the Crown Victoria, Town Car, and Grand Marquis 21mm rear sway bar from 1991-2011. **Most of these cars DID NOT have a 21mm bar from the factory. But if you are sure you have a 21mm, this is your kit.

I use Sylglide as a lubricant. I also wrapped the sway bar in teflon (plumbers) tape, which will eliminate squeeks and will last a long time too.I didn't notice that these were graphite impregnated - I don't believe they were.I used this on a Datsun 510 with a 1" front sway bar. For that application, you will have to space one side of the mount during installation, and use an allen-head bolt or else you can't tighten down.

Another reviewer had stated some nonsense about Grade 5 bolts supplied with Energy Suspension's kit: Keep in mind, this specific product is for a Scion XB, so we're not talking about a high horsepower sports car, or Hummer rock climber here:The Grade 5 bolts as supplied are more than sufficient for this application. Sway Bar End Links bolts are never going to see tensile or shear loading sufficient to warrant a grade 8 specification. For the automotive engineers (like me) out there, minimum requirements in Pounds Per Square Inch:G5: Tensile 120K, Yield 92K, Proof 85KG8: Tensile 150K, Yield 130K, Proof 120KThis is not an overall, or broad brushed review of G5 versus G8 (because everyone has an opinion). For the specific application (Scion XB) this kit is well engineered, and should not be modified.

This took care of the unexplained clunking that sounded like it was coming from behind the front seats. I found my OEM sway bar end link bushings were worn out leaving the links feeling loose and causing a clunk when going over bumps. install was straight forward using a bench vise to press them into place and using plenty of the grease provided in the kit.

Measure your sway bars prior to ordering. I looked up my application and double checked my sway bar diameter and they didn't match. Ordered these 31mm and they fit prefect! I can't believe the difference it made in ride quality. I thought the front was under damped after replacing the shocks but these bushings greatly improved ride. The originals were so bad I could move the bar up and down by hand, not to mention the completely broken end links. I don't know how many end links I've replaced in the 15 years I've owned this truck but no more! Installation was easy and quick and the bushings fit perfect.

You will notice a night and day difference from poly urethane and OEM rubber. I put them on a 1995 240sx se Nissan and it improved the ride characteristics drastically. The car doesn't "jump" around when encountering bumps and less body roll when cornering. One notice in the handling is that the front end seems to plant better in the corner than the rear does, so now when I corner hard, the rear of the car seems to break traction first. Before the upgrade, it was the front that would lose traction first. I don't think it is a bad product. It just changed the handling of the car this much. I am very happy with the install. I upgraded both front and rear sway bar bushings and end-links at the same time.

I have used these in conjunction with MOOG K80273 and MOOG K80274 stabilizer bar end links. In this kit, I only use the stabilizer bar to axle bushings (Ford 2C3Z-5484-AA). Check out the reviews for the MOOG numbers listed previously.

The Good: Zerk fittings allow you to grease the polyurethane bushings. Easy installThe Bad: One zerk was missing capThe Lowdown: Time to replace/upgrade my rear sway bar bushings, so I went with these because of their greasable feature. After a quick measurement, I found this P/N to be the closest fit for my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Not an exact match (slightly larger than OEM), but close enough to be a suitable replacement. Brackets appear to be as thick and rigid as OEM. Easy install/swap, as well.Polyurethane bushings are noticeably larger/thicker than rubber factory bushings. Red bushings and yellow zinc brackets matches perfectly my SkyJacker Extended Rear Sway Bar End Links. Too bad you have to look underneath to appreciate it.One zerk fitting was missing a cap, however. Minus one star for poor QC.FYI - Due to the close proximity of the FJ fuel tank to the driver-side bracket, I swapped out the straight zerk with a 90...

One issue. These work awesome, went in really easy. I installed them on a 1988 yj. Only issue was the driver side mount will not work. The mount bolts to the frame and onto the steering box which is 1/2 in higher than the fram which causes play in the bushing. So I had to use my old mount on the drivers side.

Easy enough to install. The hardest part is removing the rear stabilizer bar. I made so many other changes I cannot say I know the improvement in handling is due just to these, but they certainly don't hurt and they'll last the rest of the car's life! Good, cheap insurance!

Kit works great on my 2002 ford ranger edge 2wd. I had bad creaking in the front when going over speed bumps and sorts. These new poly bushing eliminated that. Dont be worried when installing. I thought the sway bar bushing were too small because there was a very large gap but once you get them cranked down its a perfect fit.

Sway bar bushings and links are not very sophisticated devices, but they made a much bigger difference to the handling of my 2000 Blazer than I would have imagined. This may be in part due to the fact that the factory ones had deteriorated, but anyway these are great. I've had other part numbers on other vehicles and have always gotten good results.the only thing I would fault Energy Suspension for is that I was not able to find any part numbers that would fit the rear 23MM sway bar for my Blazer. For those I had to go to another manufacturer.

I have a 2001 Cherokee Limited. I purchased these 25mm bushings to use on my 26mm front sway bar, per the recommendations on Energy Suspension's site considering they don't make a 26mm bushing set. Overall I think the product is solid (quite literally), and I would definitely recommend this upgrade. I'mYour factory skid plate will overlap the new frame mount bracket. I would recommend comparing your factory frame mount bracket to the new one and cut the corner off the new one to match it. I am going to have to tear it all apart and do this later, I wish I would have seen this before I only had 2 bolts left to finish the project to save me another tear-down. That is the only reason I'm not rating 5 stars.

I had the blue bushings from what I am assuming was a MOOG kit installed on my 98 eddie bauer explorer. I replaced the air ride system for normal shocks a few years ago, and the ride height in the front is lower and rear is higher than stock. This shredded the MOOG set, and I was getting really bad clunking and wheel movement when driving off road. Replaced the set, everything is great. I have this same setup on my mustang, which is lowered a little, and haven't had a problem in the 3 years I have owned it. Most of the other factory rubber has been replaced with Energy Suspension urethane, and aside from being a little noisy and being able to feel the road a little more, it performs much much better than stock.

For the weekend mechanic, sway bar bushings are fairly easy to install Old rubber bushing were cracked and the sway bar was loose. These polyurethane bushings hold the bar firmly and created a better steering feel. Adding a few other suspension parts didn't hurt either.

After I got this Kits in hand and started to removed the old ones out and about to replace this new set in, I found this set not fit on my 2001 LX Avalon as original Dia. for both front and rear 17mm. So ended up returned. Before I ordered the set it said fit on mine. Anyway, I have touched this set and fell the quality great. Even right I have replaced my bushings with other bard but will try to get this brand with the right fit on my car someday.

Fit my 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ but did not come with new brackets; had to grind out my old ones and reuse. Bought them to try and quiet down the random thumps, clunks and pops but it didn't seem to do that much. I didn't use the sway bar bushings as I have aftermarket sway bar links. They look pretty.......?

Truck has almost 190K and had original sway bushings and end links. Replaced with these and noticed an improvement. Not a huge improvement but something noticable especially on wide turns or quick turns. These keep the front end from "dipping down" a lot when you do turn compared to the worn original rubber. I supplemented the supplied grease with dielectric grease that I've used on electrical connections such as spark plug boots or light bulbs. No squeaks and better ride now. Overall, I'm glad I made the switch and installation really was not hard.Update after 3 months: these bushings have actually made a noticeable improvement in handling. The truck now goes around curves/turns much tighter without nearly as much body roll as before. The improvement is actually bigger than I had initially noticed now that I've had them on the truck for about 3 months. Definitely a great upgrade from the worn, stock rubber bushings.

Worked out great, get the (Energy Suspension 9.11104 Formula 5 Prelube Grease - 8 oz.) and the (Ruland MSP-20-F Two-Piece Clamping Shaft Collar, Black Oxide Steel, Metric, 20mm Bore, 40mm OD, 15mm Width (Pack of 2) Needed to cut OEM collars to accommodate the larger bushings.

A great addition for front sway bar bushings on a Jeep TJ. The bushings fit perfect and are greaseable. I recommend purchasing Hotchkis 3101 Super Grease - 14 oz. and a dedicated grease gun to maintain these bushings.

The inside is round, but the stock bushind had 2 flat sides. This kept the sway bar in one spot. I don't know if the round Energy Suspension has an advantage in this being able to move more freely because it is round. Feels tighter and made some minor noise in the beginning with the Synthetic Mobil one grease. But better after break in.

Bought from AutoPartsWAY, not a marketplace vendor so everything listed was in the branded Energy Box.My Explorer has been a southern car for it's entire life so the underside is in great shape and I didn't have to deal with stubborn bolts or corrosion. Make sure you measure the diameter of your sway bar before ordering. You don't need to lift the wheels off the ground or jack up the car to remove the bushings or links. I used an impact wrench to remove the sway bar bushing bolts and left the links attached to hold up the bar.Slide off the bushings, clean up residue, lube the I.D. of the bushings, slide them on, replaced the brackets and thread the bolts in enough so the bar was still loose. Easier than trying to lift, jack up or strap the bar and thread the bolts.Next step was to remove the links. Used a socket wrench top and bottom and removed them both. the 2 year old MOOG bushings were cracked and broken garbage. Install the Energy links as...

These are a simple direct fit for my K10 Suburban. Save your time and skip the Moog this time around unless you have some special tool made for installing bushings into the end of this sway bar.I had spent an hour or so messing around with several of my bushing and ball joint kits trying to find the right combination trying to get the Moogs to work without success. Then brought it to a local shop to have them press them in without success. After getting the Energy Suspension set, all bushings were on the sway bar in about five minutes. Even with taking the time to use the included grease.

Just that, the absolute fix for the B9 clunk from from suspension. Subaru will tell you its normal wear and that you need new control arms. They are stupid. 25 or so dollars in bushings and your problem will be fixed. Make sure you use the lubricant on the poly before installing or you will have a god awful squeak.

I installed these on a 2004 tiburon. Significantly cheaper than the autoparts store. I installed them at the same time as a set of coilovers so I can't say how they improved sway, but my car handles like a dream now. I recently drove a BRZ and my car will corner better than it any day on the softest setting. These bushings were easy to install and great quality. No complaints.

The quality of the product and bracket seem great; and it even came with lubricant for the bushing! Regrettably, due to my own error, it isn't compatible with my frame; something I should have checked beforehand instead of assuming that it was universal. My second product I have purchased from Energy Suspension through AutoPartsWAY and I am satisfied. Does exactly what the product description explains. Nice upgrade from the OEM parts and replaces the stock plastic sleeve. I give it 4 stars because I didn't receive the "Formula 5 Prelube" as shown in the picture. This kit works much better than I expected, and my expectation weren't low at all.Fine quality materials, the kit comes complete and also comes with an special lubricant for the urethane parts (it is mandatory you lub them before mounting everything on, otherwise you'll experiment an horrible plastic to plastic squeak all the time).Solid, nice look, fine materials, easy to install, comes nicely packaged and fits perfectly on my Ford Ranger 2005 XL 2.8 Turbo Diesel long bed Not 4WD, Argentina made pickup.I have a much better feel of the suspension and cero noises down there. My driving experience definitely improved. Love this kit and I recommend it.

These bushings seem to absorb more road bumps than the stock rubber ones with a metal sleeve. The package came with 4 bushings and a small tube of grease. These bushing did not come with the U clamp with the zerk fitting. Highly recommended replacement for worn out bushings. To install these rent a ball joint press. Goto Home Depot and buy a 6 inch bolt with 3 washers and nuts that you will use to make a press using the receiver cups in the ball joint press.

The rubber bushings on the factory sway bar and end links were worn and cracked, needing replacement. I had a choice of replacing with the stock factory parts or stepping up to the Energy Suspension parts, and on the recommendation of many other Scion xB owners in the on-line Scion communities (such as ScionLife.com) I chose to go with Energy Suspension.I am amazed at the noticeable difference in tracking, turn entry, handling of rough roads and speed bumps, and in general just a more controllable and pleasant driving experience.Excellent immediate return on this small investment, and an expected much longer life with these upgraded bushings.

As for as simple economical handling upgrades this product when used on the inter rear sway bar mounts will make one of the best improvements in low speed maneuvering that one can do. It will eliminate any sense of under steering while making those many turns driving around in cities at city speeds. Thus, I have nearly eliminated most of that outer tire wear on the front tires, so much so I generally don’t have to rotate my tires but a few times during their life. The grease fitting is a good idea should one develop a squeak but I’ve yet to have that problem with the red type although I did grease it well at installation. Do note there are several grades of polyurethane so read up prior to ordering. Also, I’ve done this upgrade on nearly every vehicle that I owned in the past 20 years; from mini vans to sports sedans with the same results on each.

Standard bushings tend to get a bit worn over time, so these are great replacements and go on easilybecause they are split and slip right over the bar. I like all of the products this company makes and havereplaced everything I could with theirs. Very happy with quality, fit, and finish. Nice.

This kit was the finishing touch to my Hotchkis swaybar install. The Hotchkis kit didn't come with new endlinks. This kit was quality like I always expect from Energy and the kit was complete. The only negative was there were no installation instructions in the kit I received, which looked like it had been opened before. With the car on the lift I figured out that the bolts would go in from the top, but the axles limited acces, so it required a little thought to get them in place. Patience and persistence paid off and the kit works well once installed. Installation would definitely be easier with the car sitting on the front wheels, so if you have ramps, a pit, or a drive-on lift that would be the way to go. Still worth the effort, the toaster is carving!

The brackets would work on a typical car. However, my car is tracked with race slicks and I felt that the brackets should be gusseted since the durometer of the bushing is stiffer than stock.

Perfect fit on my 1996 Tacoma. After 12 years the Poly bushings I had installed before were shot. These should outlast the truck, although maybe not, since it's a Toyota. :)

Good, solid items, but the only way the link end bushing can be installed is to slice them in two. Probably won't make any different in the long run, but why not make them that way in the first place?

I picked up a 3/4" thick sway bar this past spring and got these bushings to install with it. This kit comes with bushings for the drop links as well as the pictured bushings. The only thing that's a challenge is installing the bushings into the top end of the drop links. My buddy explained to lubricate the bushing and link and then use a vise to press them in. I had a shop do that for me, and after watching them do exactly that I felt like a fool not doing it at home. The center metal sleeve will slide in/out after the bushing is pressed in, albeit tight. You want to make sure you apply the supplied grease anywhere the bushings touch metal, including between the top bushing and the metal sleeve. It all makes sense once you bolt it on.The torque at the top of the end links is 30 ft/lbs, at the bottom of the drop links to the sway bar is 20 ft/lbs, and at the axle to sway bar 44 ft/lbs.Note: Energy Suspension parts that end with a "G" are black, these bushings...

After searching numerous automotive and off road stores I went right to the source. Most people looked at me as if I was crazy asking for a 1-3/8" bushing. I called up energy suspension directly and spoke with a rep. After apologizing for the lack of customer service by their suppliers, he found me the exact size and part I needed. Which, by the way, was better than any OEM or in store after market part I was offered. I looked up the number and found the part at half the price of other stores' wrong sized parts. I got the part in 3 days instead of 2 weeks like other places. Parts work great and my truck lives on!!

These are poly bushings. Chances are if you are bothering to replace bushings on your vehicle you know what you are doing and will appreciate the difference on having fresh bushings in place vs the worn out originals. These are poly so lube em up but chances are they will still squeak a bit. Not that I really mind on my Jeep but they will break in over time.

These are actually the stock sway bar bushings that saleen uses albeit in red. If you have play up front in your car, check these bushings first, as they are inexpensive and easy to install. These will not fit the gt, as the saleen has a larger sway bar as part of the saleen racecraft suspension package. Great price and no tax on AutoPartsWAY.

Happy with these after 1 year+ in service.Yes polys squeak at first. Use the included lube but eventually they will break in and won't squeak like they do at first.Probably better things to spend your money on though honestly... I'd replace your motor mounts and transmission bushings before worrying about the sway bar. Can't hurt though.

I` was trying to get energy bushings for my 1998 Altima GXE rear sway bar. The dealer manual stats it should be a 15mm bushing. it is not it is 16mm or 5/8" bar diameter. The Box I got showed 15 mm however the bushing in side are 17 mm. 17 mm is diameter of the front sway bar. However; I`m not sure yet if it will fit since the front brackets are directional type with molded ridge in it. these are not ridge type.

This was a simple change to make on our 2005 Buick LeSabre Limited. The bushings are 'split', so it is easy to remove the stock bushings and to install the new bushings. Only two bolts are used on each of the two bushings and access is reasonably easy. The job takes from about half an hour to over an hour, depending on your skill and whether or not you use a car lift. From new to 40,000 miles, we could tell our 2005 LeSabre was gradually leaning more when turning, especially at speeds under 45 mph. This seemed to be more in the front, than in the rear. Like most 2001-2005 LeSabre Limiteds, ours has rear air-lift shock absorbers that keep the rear ride level independent of car load. This adds some rear roll stiffness. We could, however, notice the front roll was increasing and removal of the front stock sway bar bushings confirmed they had deformed somewhat. The Energy Suspension P/N 9.5013G 9/16" Stabilizer bushings noticeably increased the front roll...

Ok, so just wanted to say that I have a 93 Nissan B13 with the full sport suspension, and DAMM these bushings fit like it came from the factory. The ride was nice and smooth, it really was amazing. I would have preferred that the picture shown was actually what came in the kit, I tought about adding an image but already installed it on the car.Performance has been increased and the car handles better....way to go Energy Suspension.....Would recommend this for all Nissan B13 owners out there (Models 1990 to 1995) with front sway bar.Tony d.

I am a UK resident and use my vehicle throughout the UK France and Spain. Having upgarded the rear sway bar in 2007 and fitting the Hyperflex greaseable suspension bush was my answer. Maintaince is much easier with the greaseable bush. What I have however discovered is by upgrading the sway bar to an 1" bar it does have an affect on the end link arms and would recommend spending the extra an replacing the bars with polypropylene bushes and not using the Jeep links and also fit the washers as described in the sway bar fitting instructions. This did transform the comfort and handling of the Jeep. Because of towing I have fitted airbags purchased through Camping World and again this assist in vehicle control. If I have a question it would simply be - Why do vehicle manufacturers not fitted these types of bushes from new? Why must we be a throw away society? or are they just out to make money, new lower link arm bolts in the Uk have cost me £9.50 equivalent to $15.00 a bolt -...

My original rubber sway bar bushings were worn out and left me with a clunk in the front end so I replaced my sway bar bushings with regular polyurethane bushings. This worked fine for a month or two before the supplied grease the polyurethane bushings comes with wears out. Then the squeaking begins. Every bump. Every dip. WD40 and other lubricants work to quiet the noise for a while but not for long so I went with greasable polyurethane bushings.Installation is easy since the bushings are split to fit over the sway bar without removing it. I packed the bushings with grease before installing them and pumped a few shots of grease into them after installation until it oozed out the sides. Now, when I grease my front end I also grease my sway bar bushings and no more clunks or squeaks. I use the same grease I use for the front end. I know they make special grease for polyurethane bushings but I have not found any problems using a quality standard grease.

Just got this kit in for my 2003 Ford F150 Harley-Davidson and I can say this was one of the easiest upgrades/mods to my truck so far. Clean pieces as well as easy to follow instructions. Will be replacing the rear spring bushings next weekend.

I bought this kit to replace a broken front sway bar bracket on my 98 Toyota 4Runner. The kit doesn't have bolts/nuts for mounting the brackets, but otherwise is complete. At first the bushings don't look like they fit, but once you tighten the brackets down they're fine. Now that the swaybar is fully functional, handling is much improved. It was an easy & effective upgrade, and all for under $20.

I installed these on a 2001 F-350 FWD. I threw away the stupid hat washer things that came with the truck. I tried to burn out the old Ford bushings and eventually had to take them to a shop with a hydraulic press. To insert them easily I put the new bushings in the freezer. Then I used a piece of wood to protect the bushings while I hammered them in. Definitely use the grease wherever you can. Failure to do so will cause annoying squeaks (done this before on a different vehicle). I also used locktite on all bolts. This is a great mod for your truck and will tighten the suspension and eliminate rattles. Perfect fit and AutoPartsWAY has the cheapest price I could find.

These are the best bang-for-your-buck upgrade you can do to your car, period. It makes your suspension so much crisper without giving you a harsh ride. I've used ES bushings on 3 different cars now, most recently my Porsche, and they're worth every dollar no matter what you drive.

I installed these on my 2002 F-250 Lariat 4x4. My old bushings were completely shot and were rattling every time I went over a bump. It is a common problem on these trucks. I didn't know how to remove the old bushings because they are pressed in and I don't have a press. I ended up using a 'ball joint press' loaner tool from AutoZone to remove the old ones with no trouble at all. One of the cups that comes in that kit is the perfect size. These bushings went back in super-easy and are very quiet so far. I probably have 5K miles since I installed them. I didn't know my truck could be so quiet going over a speed bump! Also, they will be much easier to replace than the factory ones if they do wear out down the line. I highly recommend them! Here is a link that details the replacement, though he used a press:[...]Darren
