Not easy to install, but excellent results!

I lowered my EG to minimize the distance from the wheels to the rear body. The stock bushings were very worn, and made the ride uncomfortable. After installing these, the ride was quiet and much more comfortable. They also provided very good traction when taking turns. I didn't have my own press to press them in, so I found an auto shop in town that pressed them in for me for $5.

This save me some money and was a perfect feat. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it did not include the grease needed for the installation.

However I had to pay a shop 75 dollars an hr which took 4 hrs to install.. @_@ HOLY MOLLY WAS THAT EXPENSIVE!!!!The instructions for this product are very very very basic.. Not in depth at all! I had really hoped to give the shop better instructions but these were just so basic they said they mostly did it by guess work..

Although putting these in were relatively simple, taking out the old bushings is the hard part. I immediately noticed the rear end didn't move as much when accelerating onto a freeway or making a quick turn.

Fit my 06 ZX3 despite some sights not including my year model in the application guide. This is the forward most bushing on the rear trailing arm. It's the main pivot on the chassis and a fairly large bushing. As pictured it came with plenty of grease. My brother and I fought with the old, rubber, bonded bushing that was in the trailing arm for a while. Trying to cut it out, was slow and we didn't want to damage the housing or the pin that goes through the bushing.Eventually we just hit it with a torch and burned it out; which worked great! Results: Its hard to notice a difference but those particular bushings were not bad on my car. Although, I do know that when put under excessive weight, the OEM rubber tends to give a lot, which will through your alignment off. Theoretically, the polyurethane will help with this.

The original Honda trailing arm bushings are bad. They will all crack at this spot and your suspension will start knocking. This energy suspension bushing will replace the oem rubber bushing. The energy suspension is a solid, good quality, and cheap replacement. I installed this in my 1991 Honda Civic DX hatchback and 1998 Honda Civic LX sedan. Worked great. Installation is pretty hard and would take anywhere from 4-8 hours. Most of the time you'll be cutting, shaving, and removing the old rubber bushing. This will work on all Civics from 1988-2000 any model. They all use the same size trailing arm bushing.

These replacement bushing is a good upgrade for those who want to have the ability to do spirited driving. It hold up very well during cornering and rides smooth on smooth roads. But it's a little bumpy on roads that are not smooth. But all in all, this product is great for those who do a lot of spirited driving.
