These are urethane. Pretty tight inserting. We used a long bolt with large washers on each end to pull them in. I am a bit stuck on getting the sway bar ends back into the bushings. Looking for help. Ford e450

I bought this to replace the stock rubber bushings on my Ford Econoline work van. They seem to be good quality, and fit the van nicely. It was a little tricky to get them installed in to the lower control arms, but I used a big clamp to press them in. When I got them close, I used an air hammer with a big washer on the end to drive them the rest of the way in. The van does seem to ride a little better now with the newer firmer bushings in them.
