With their solid, all-steel construction, non-skid treads and tough powder coat finish, RidgeStep running boards are made to finish the job. Installation of these running boards is easy and secure because they use the ARIES VersaTrac mounting system. The underside of each board is equipped with a channel that accepts a set of heavy-duty bracket inserts. The inserts move along the channel to fit your vehicle, and the mounting hardware provides a secure attachment. The boards are made in four base lengths, including 53 in., 75 in., 85 in. and 91 in., and they are designed for vehicle-specific application (NOTE: VersaTrac mounting brackets are sold separately; see the application information to determine which brackets and boards fit your vehicle). ARIES RidgeStep running boards are not only made for easier installation, but they are also built to face the harsh elements of the commercial job. They feature high-strength, solid steel construction for a step that can keep up with those steel-toe boots, and they are completely without plastic parts, meaning they will not crack or fade over time. These 3 in. nerf bars are constructed from strong carbon steel for superior rigidity, and they feature a sleek semi-gloss black powder coat finish. For an added edge, each nerf bar also goes through an E-coat process, before receiving its black powder coat, to strengthen and protect the final finish against peeling, chipping and scratching. ARIES 3 in. round side bars are also available in polished stainless steel or semi-gloss black powder-coated steel. All ARIES 3 in. nerf bars come with heavy-duty steel brackets and non-skid step pads. The mounting brackets are strong and custom-designed for specific makes and models to allow the side bars to contour to the lines of your vehicle. They offer easy installation and the strength necessary to provide sound footing. These particular custom nerf bars fit specific years of the Ford F150, F250 Super Duty and F350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). ARIES 3 in. round side bars also come with non-skid step pads made of tough polypropylene. These step pads feature a textured pattern for enhanced safety, and they cover a wide portion of the tubes for a more comfortable step.
