Although rare, Diesel Engine Runaway is caused when external hydrocarbons are drawn into the engine and can cause over speeding and catastrophic engine failure. Life, limb and your vehicle are put in jeopardy. BD Diesel Performance has you covered should the worst happen with our Electronic Positive Air Shutdown (E-PAS) units by cutting the intake air supply to the cylinders and safely shutting down the engine. The E-PAS controls the electronic throttle body in the intake manifold found on most late model diesel engines by closing it to shut off the air supply in emergency situations. The E-PAS can be easily installed in less than 1.5 hours with factory plug-in connectors and premade wiring harnesses. Automatically resets itself after shutdown and can be easily removed for truck lease returns.

- Not all multi-disc converters are created equal and with BD's ProForce 3D, less is more. Our in-house CNC machined billet cover is designed to prevent warping and improper balancing. With our cover design, we were able to increase strength while maintaining the factory height. We have engineered the clutch piston and damper assembly for increased strength, while retaining smooth and reliable vibration damping. With self-centering trapezoid clutch teeth design, our clutch packs ensure proper alignment and less wear resulting a longer converter life cycle.

- The Venom line was developed to replace our FlowMax line with improved max flow rate and better flow control. This pump provides enough fuel flow to support up to 900hp. Unlike typical ball and seat style regulators, our new diaphragm style pressure regulator makes this pump more efficient and helps maintain fuel pressure as flow demand increases. This upgraded pump maintains high fuel pressure, even at high flow, which helps prevent premature injection pump failure by reducing wear. The Venom design supports the gerotor using sealed ball bearings to maintain smooth, reliable operation. A rigid aluminum bracket along with vibration isolators allow for versatile and easy installation.
