- The BORLA team has created a system especially for the 2.7L Ford Bronco. This Axle-Back exhaust system is engineered for performance and has our ATAK sound, which is our most aggressive sound. It provides a more exciting driving experience without any drone. The entire assembly is coated black with a high temperature finish. This exhaust system features a 2.5" inlet that flows into a 2.75" pipe and exits via dual 2.5" diameter tail pipes with 4" black coated T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips. A system with polished T-304 stainless steel tips is also avaiable. Our custom muffler hanger design moves the hanger out of sight for a clean appearance. T-304 stainless steel construction provides additional durability over the stock exhaust. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. - This dual 2.75" into single 3" diameter Cat-Back system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed pipes ensure the best possible flow for horsepower and torque. The muffler is specifically designed to give the 6.2L engine the classic S-Type sound any enthusiast would enjoy without the resonance (drone) that they don't. Only T-304 stainless steel is used in the construction of Borla systems, that allows us to give you a Million Mile warranty. These systems can be adapted to the different wheelbases offered by Ford and come with either a 5" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel (140798) or 5" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel (140798BC) tip. You can configure these systems for any of the cab and bed configurations offered. The 140798 and 140798BC come with the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") 160" Wheelbase configuration. But the system is not limited to that configuration alone. By removing the front extension pipe it will fit the Regular Cab with Standard Bed (8') 142" Wheelbase. Add PN 60691 for Super Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") 148" Wheelbase, PN 60692 for Super Cab with Standard Bed (8') 164" Wheelbase, or PN 60693 for Crew Cab with Standard Bed (8') 176" Wheelbase vehicles. The BORLA Cat-Back system 140862 was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L Engines. It includes 4" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and a split rear exit configuration. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features the Touring sound that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone. It is also available with black chromed tips (part number 140862BC). There are additional systems available for the 2.7L and 3.5L F-150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip Exits.
