- Fabtechs new 4 F150 system utilizes their proven heavy duty construction and design features found in their 6 systems but with less lift and at a much lower price. This 4 System allows use of 35 tall tires and features high arched lower control arm crossmembers constructed of 1/4 thick steel for maximum strength. The Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles retain the stock track width keeping tires under the fender for a clean appearance. Rear lift is accomplished with a block and u-bolt configuration. The Basic System includes heavy duty front Coilover shocks for increased dampening capacity while retaining the factory coil springs and Fabtechs Performance rear shocks. The 4 System allows use of 33 or 35 tires and is ESC (Electronic Stability Control) and Traction Control compliant.

- The best shocks only get better with all new Stainless Steel and Aluminum construction. High grade 304 Stainless Steel shock bodies eclipse all other shocks on the market for maximum corrosion resistance. Each Stainless Steel shock body receives a finely detailed machine finish for a stunning appearance. Dirt Logic Stainless Steel reservoir shocks have been upgraded with black anodized 6061 Aluminum reservoir bodies. This includes both piggyback and remote reservoir shocks. The Aluminum resi construction allows for greater heat dissipation thereby keeping the shock cooler to reduce fade during aggressive offroad use. Finally each Dirt Logic piston rod has been upgraded to a NitroSteel(R) material that is super hard while providing increased corrosion resistance compared to chromed piston rods. Get the finest ride with maximum corrosion resistance only from Dirt Logic shocks. In addition to the specific Dirt Logics for each suspension system, there is also a line of universal Dirt Logic shocks available in reservoir and non-reservoir styles, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. These universal shocks are sold with universal hardware kits for easy installation. Dirt Logic 2.0 and 2.25 shocks feature urethane bushings in the mounting points to reduce road noise and rattling associated with spherical bearings. Dirt Logic coilover shocks utilize spherical bearings at each end for increased strength along with urethane misalignment cups in the top caps. The misalignment cups keep the road noise transferred through spherical bearings to a minimum. Dirt Logic 2.5 and 4.0 coilover shocks use coil springs made to the highest quality standards possible. All Dirt Logic coils posses the ability to go solid without breaking, settling or bowing. All Dirt Logic coilover shocks come preset with the proper amount of preload so they can be bolted on without any further adjustment necessary. Dirt Logics are available with or without an external reservoir.

- Our 4 System for the Ford Raptor provides increased suspension height to allow use of 37 tall tires while retaining the factory SVT control arms and Fox Shox. The system features heavy duty ductile iron steering knuckles designed to handle 37 tall tires with the vehicles ESC (electronic stability control) and Traction Control. Typically 37 tires will cause steering and brake issues on the factory Ford steering knuckles. Fabtech knuckles are designed for the oversized tires and will provide years of trouble free service. The Raptor SVT control arms are relocated with 1/4 thick steel Crossmembers retaining the travel features of the vehicle for offroad use. The factory Fox Shox are also retained with super stout front and rear shock extensions. To keep the front CV angles proper with the new ride height the front differential is relocated and comes with a 1/4 thick steel skid plate for protection.

- Obtain maximum front suspension damping for Super Dutys with our Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion system. The upper coilover mounts are constructed with 1.75 diameter DOM tubing that replaces the factory coil spring mounts and span across a wide section of the frame for proper impact load distribution. The lower mounts are 1/ 4 thick steel that attach to the axle housing, providing solid mounting points for the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover piggyback reservoir shocks. Also included in this system are billet sway bar end links with heim ends and quad layer limiting straps.
