  • The best shocks only get better with all new Stainless Steel and Aluminum construction. High grade 304 Stainless Steel shock bodies eclipse all other shocks on the market for maximum corrosion resistance. Each Stainless Steel shock body receives a finely detailed machine finish for a stunning appearance. Dirt Logic Stainless Steel reservoir shocks have been upgraded with black anodized 6061 Aluminum reservoir bodies. This includes both piggyback and remote reservoir shocks. The Aluminum resi construction allows for greater heat dissipation thereby keeping the shock cooler to reduce fade during aggressive offroad use. Finally each Dirt Logic piston rod has been upgraded to a NitroSteel(R) material that is super hard while providing increased corrosion resistance compared to chromed piston rods. Get the finest ride with maximum corrosion resistance only from Dirt Logic shocks. In addition to the specific Dirt Logics for each suspension system, there is also a line of universal Dirt Logic shocks available in reservoir and non-reservoir styles, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. These universal shocks are sold with universal hardware kits for easy installation. Dirt Logic 2.0 and 2.25 shocks feature urethane bushings in the mounting points to reduce road noise and rattling associated with spherical bearings. Dirt Logic coilover shocks utilize spherical bearings at each end for increased strength along with urethane misalignment cups in the top caps. The misalignment cups keep the road noise transferred through spherical bearings to a minimum. Dirt Logic 2.5 and 4.0 coilover shocks use coil springs made to the highest quality standards possible. All Dirt Logic coils posses the ability to go solid without breaking, settling or bowing. All Dirt Logic coilover shocks come preset with the proper amount of preload so they can be bolted on without any further adjustment necessary. Dirt Logics are available with or without an external reservoir.

  • Our 4 Ultimate System provides less lift than our 6 RTS(TM) system but still allows use of 33 or 35 tall tires with cutting for street and offroad use. We have developed this system utilizing replacement upper control arms constructed of 1.50 OD .120 thick wall DOM tubing that attaches to heavy duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles. The factory torsion bars remain in the stock position and use new forged adjusting keys to provide the proper amount of lift. There is no loss of ground clearance with this system as the stock lower control arms, torsion bars and front differential do not need to be relocated. This 4 Ultimate System will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake with no change to the rear suspension. For those customers that require a factory nose down appearance an optional 1 rear block kit is available (2500HD Part # FTS21110) (3500HD Part # FTS21111).

  • The 4 Budget System utilizes the factory front coil springs with a steel upper spacer providing 4 of lift. Radius Arm drop brackets retain the factory arms with correct caster setting for the increase ride height. System includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket that has been designed to center the axle under the vehicle and still works properly with the factory Pitman Arm. This eliminates the need to replace the Pitman Arm resulting in a lower cost and faster installation time. Rear lift is accomplished with lift blocks and extended length u-bolts. System allows installation of 35 tall tires with required inner fenderwell trimming for adequate tire clearance for street driving and light offroad use.

  • Fabtechs cutting edge RTS(TM) system has now been developed for the all new GM HD platform. The 6 RTS(TM) utilizes a patent pending bracket system that keep the torsion bars raised up, in the stock location. This feature provides superior ground clearance at the frame as there are no torsion bars hanging down to become high centered on or damaged when offroading.. The 6 RTS(TM) system has been designed with unitized bracketry to retain the four front compression stops of the vehicle as GM intended. This distributes impact loads across a wide section of the frame rather than at a single point.High arched crossmembers and front differential skid plate are constructed of 1/4 thick steel to resist bending from hard front suspension impacts. Only 1/4 thick steel provides the rigidity and strength necessary to relocate the torsion bars, bump stops and lower control arms properly. Minimal heavy duty bracketry allow for a fast installation time with only two holes to drill and no cutting of the front diff housing. The 6 RTS(TM) system allows the use of both 18 and 20 diameter wheels.
