- This Original Equipment Manufacturer part is the same part that was made & installed by the car manufacturer at the factory where the car was produced.
- Pinion 82-91 W/ GKN differential. GKN differental output shafts use 5 bolts. Dana differentals use 3 bolts.
- Pinion 69-5/73 W/ type 2 & 3 differentials. Jaguar used 3 types of differentials on Series 1 models. Type 1 has a castellated oil seal holder that screws into the output shaft retaining plate. Type 2 is similar to type 1 except that letter "C" has been added at the end of the unit's serial number. Type 3 has a one piece seal holder and output shaft retaining plate.
