- Skyjacker fabricated the Replacement Upper Control Arm (UCA) out of high weld strength, thick walled DOM steel tubing to withstand extreme amounts of stress and loads. For additional rigidity and strength, a welded gusset plate stiffens the arm and bushing eyelets into one. CNC machined bushing eyelets and ball joint cups ensure precise fitment. Skilled technicians assemble Skyjacker's exacting CNC laser cutting, bending and machining procedures to our calculated engineering specifications. The steel encased OEM style rubber bushings deliver a quiet consistent controlled stability and smooth riding comfort. The greasable ball joint's full induction ball design, low friction bearing technology and other technical performance characteristics add longevity and increased strength. Engineered with built-in camber correction for improved handling, this system integrates smoothly and functions perfectly allowing the CV axles to operate within limits of new UCalifornia and OEM lower control arms. The replacement UCalifornia comes completely preassembled and ready to install with a durable powder coat finish.Retain your front Ford OEM tuned performance struts with strut spacers. A combination of preload and short upper strut mount spacers distributes the lift load more evenly and prevents CV axle overextension within the OEM tolerances. The moderate front preload spacer, built from T6160 Aluminum, is the first component to add a higher ride height. A short 1-piece top mount metal strut spacer is the second piece. This 1-piece top mount strut spacer has a strong tab-and-slot interlocked design: precise CNC laser cut and precision formed in CNC press break. These are powder coated to provide an extremely durable protective barrier to prevent corrosion.This combination system functions perfectly to prevent binding of the new UCalifornia with the strut assembly. Works with Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) system. A 2- in. rear block and u-bolt kit delivers a more level stance.

- Skyjacker specifically engineered a progressive variable rate coil spring, distinctively a 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. Spring rate progression is from a first Flex Rate to a second Ride Rate. First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex\expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past Flex Rate. Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers bolt onto the axle bump pads and keep the suspension travel safely in check. Rear Track Bar Lower Axle Mount Bracket mounts directly to the rear axle housing to correct the track bar angle. Skyjackers bracket re-centers the rear axle and improves suspension handling. Dana 44 Rear Track Bar Mount Brace strengthens the factory mount that is prone to failure. The track bar bracket and brace create better handling and a lower roll center. Lower roll center means less side-to-side sway. Complete with All High-Quality Grade Mounting Hardware.
