- The Hammer shifter may just be the most comfortable and versatile shifter available. The unique design of the shift handle easily fits all sizes of hands providing the appropriate wrist angle and feel when shifting. The multi-position lockout trigger is spoon-shaped for easy operation in a multitude of grip positions and controls the reverse lockout feature, meeting NHRA/IHRA safety rules. Also features a smooth positive ratchet action, which only allows you to shift one gear at a time, so you'll never have to worry about missing a gear from over-shifting. Other safety features include a backup light switch, neutral safety switch and illuminated gear position indicator. The result is a shifter that is perfect for all new generation vehicles and street rods where style is not just form, but function. Includes all necessary hardware, console, 5-foot shifter cable, brackets, shift arms and detailed instructions for an easy at home installation. This shifter comes with all necessary parts for use with three and four-speed automatic transmissions such as 1966 and later Chrysler Torqueflite A727, A904, A500, and A518 transmissions. Ford C4, C6 transmissions. GM models TH 200, TH250, TH350, TH400, 2004R, 700R4, 4L60, 4L60E - 4L85E without PRNDL switch transmissions. - The Original Pro Stick shifter delivers rock-solid performance, mixed with clean design cues and compact size. This is why you see so many Pro Stick shifters at the race track. We start off with a heavy duty steel base with a hardened steel gate plate, a reverse lockout feature that only requires one hand to operate, and complies with NHRA/IHRA safety rules. Then add the billet aluminum shift handle with classic white shift knob, lightweight aluminum trigger and finish it off with a brushed aluminum cover with quick release pins, and you end up with one good looking bullet-proof race shifter. Optional Forward and Reverse shift pattern gate plates are available for most popular 2, 3 and 4-speed transmissions. This model Pro Stick comes out of the box ready for action for most popular 3-speed transmissions, includes a 5-foot Super Duty shift cable, brackets, levers, hardware and detailed instructions for an easy installation.
