- Standard - Early; 2.9mm Tab on Shell Fitting into Bearing cap. Determine Style Fitted Before Ordering
- Due to a Production Change, M 20 Engines may Have this Early Style Bearing Which has a 2.9mm tab on Shells Fitting into the Bearing Cap. If cap has a bearing with a 2.0mm tab and or two 2.0mm tabs and two crescent shaped oil grooves it will require a later style main bearing set. As these bearings are different in design, the New Style Will Retro-fit to the Old but Old Style will not fit Later Engine. Determine Style Fitted Before Ordering
