With a massive 64 percent thicker core and an additional 3 rows of fins, this trans cooler is a huge improvement over the stock unit. To make even better use of that enlarged core, the Mishimoto transmission cooler utilizes fins within the tubes to not only add more cooling surface area, but also ensure more of the fluid contacts the tube, leading to better cooling efficiency. All these improvements translate to lower inlet temperatures over stock for a cooler transmission when you need it most.--Installation of the Mishimoto 2019+ RAM 6.7L Cummins transmission cooler requires no cutting or other modifications and, thanks to the bolt-on mounting tabs, your radiator and A/C condenser can stay in place, reducing the time and cost of installation.
