This Duramax intercooler is precision engineered with durable cast-aluminum end tanks that resist cracking under high temperatures and boost pressures.The massive 68mm-thick bar-and-plate core is 70-percent thicker than stock and is designed for maximum cooling. In addition, the larger core reduces restriction by over 64-percent compared to the stock intercooler. We've also increased the size of the intercooler inlet and outlet by 6mm and 12mm, respectively, to improve flow even more.Included with this intercooler is an adapter cold-side pipe with DuraCore™ boot and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Our L5P aluminum radiator features fully aluminum construction, professionally fabricated with stunning TIG welds. This durable aluminum construction improves strength and works alongside our strategic core design to provide superior heat dissipation. Our radiator's core offers a 25-percent increase in coolant capacity and a 14-percent increase in total core volume for additional cooling capacity. The Mishimoto radiator fits 2017-2019 L5P Duramax equipped vehicles with just minor trimming of the radiator fan shroud to accommodate our thicker core.
