- In 8/93, Nissan stopped using chain guide rails on the upper chain (idler gear to camshafts) in GA16DE engines. These two guides, which are included with this kit, can be disregarded for this application.
- This kit contains the necessary chains, tensioner(s), and guides to repair the camshaft timing system on this engine application. The front crank seal is also included in the kit. Other timing cover seals and o-rings are not included in this kit and should be ordered separately. Sprockets are NOT included in this kit and should be reused or obtained from a local dealer as needed.
