- The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular piece includes the front-end round center brush guard only and is intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front bumper center section (sold separately). It features two welded tabs to mount an LED light bar or LED work lights and offers extra protection for the w in. housing. This center brush guard is constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and has a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. It is also available in powder-coated steel and in an angular design.

With heavy-duty, welded steel construction, it is a highly functional companion on the trail, featuring a w in. and shackle rating of 12,500 lbs. The TrailCrusher bumper is available for the front and rear, and it installs with no drilling required. Everything about the TrailCrusher Jeep JK bumper is designed to maximize its strength and utility. It is built with 3/16 in. thick all-steel plates, welded together in a stout, high-strength configuration. It also features 1/4 in. thick welded shoulder sleeves that add even more strength, particularly to the shackle mounts. Not only does the TrailCrusher bumper provide a 12,500-lb. w in. and shackle rating, but it also offers excellent versatility. The w in. platform of the bumper features industry-standard mounting holes to accept most types of w inches, and the shackle mounts accept any pin up to 7/8 in. in diameter. ARIES forged steel shackles #2166071 offer a perfect fit and a work load limit to match the 12.5K rating. A number of w in. accessories are also available, including a hawse fairlead #2156070 and roller fairlead #2156071. For added w in. protection and an aggressive look on the Jeep JK, this bumper also comes with a stinger-style angular brush guard. The TrailCrusher bumper is fast and easy to install, integrating with the Jeep Wrangler JK like a stock bumper. It uses pre-existing holes in the vehicle frame to eliminate drilling from the install process, and it mounts with 3/8 in. steel brackets for added strength. To be ready for whatever the trail has in store, both the front and rear TrailCrusher bumpers come an E-coat and carbide black powder-coated finish, maximizing rust and scratch resistance. The Jeep heavy-duty tire carrier is adjustable in two ways. First, the tire mount can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The vertical adjustment provides increased clearance for extra-large tires, eliminating bumper interference problems and allowing for up 37 in. spare tires to be mounted on the carrier. The horizontal function moves the tire mount toward or away from the vehicle, ensuring clearance with the rear door. The second way the HD spare tire carrier is adjustable is in its third brake light bracket. The bracket can be moved up and down as needed. This allows you to maintain safety on and off the road by always keeping the third brake light fully visible, no matter how large the spare tire gets. To give the ARIES spare tire carrier adequate strength to hold large off-road tires, it comes with heavy-duty hinges. - ARIES ActionTrac powered running boards are unique from other power side steps because they are actually two steps in one. This patented step-within-a-step design -- combined with a no-drill bracket installation, control module operation and powder-coated aluminum construction -- truly makes these retractable running boards an asset for the offroad truck or Jeep Wrangler, particularly as lifted truck steps. ActionTrac powered running boards have one 4 in. wide step on top of the main housing and one 3 in. wide that automatically deploys as needed. When the door opens, the control module deploys the power step 8 in. below the main step, 15 in. below the doorsill, depending on the model. This two-step design offers enhanced safety and easier vehicle entry and exit, especially on large, lifted vehicles. It's also very helpful for families with young children and for elderly passengers. The design also allows for a contoured look on the vehicle and offers extra protection for the rocker panels from small stones and other debris. For additional safety, the module is able to detect any obstructions during operation to avoid pinch hazards and damage to the power steps. LED lights are also built into the housing to illuminate the steps when deployed. ARIES ActionTrac powered running boards are made for vehicle-specific installation for a custom fit. They use pre-existing factory holes for the brackets to eliminate drilling. They also do not require any splicing into factory wiring. Each set of retractable running boards is constructed from powder-coated 6061-T6 aluminum to be strong, lightweight and non-corrosive. The quiet, maintenance-free rotary motor is shielded within the main housing, along with the power step pivot points and all electrical components, protecting them from the harsh elements and promoting long life. NOTE: Mounting brackets for these running boards are not included and must be purchased separately or as part of a kit.
