- Daystar Leveling Kits work within the factory suspension design, meaning that we work within the factorys design parameters to achieve an increase in ride height that levels the stance of the vehicle. Because we work within the factorys design, there are not a bunch additional modifications involved. Everything needed is included in the kit; theres everything you need and nothing you dont. If there are extra items required, such as longer shocks, its clearly stated in the application description. Torsion bar applications require their own unique approach to leveling the stance of the vehicle. With torsion bar applications, we supply new forged torsion keys that meet or exceed factory specifications. These torsion keys have been re-indexed to increase ride height up to 2in. and level the stance of the vehicle. In select applications, extended shock brackets are also included. Daystar Leveling Kits include only front lift components to level the stance of the vehicle. We also offer Budget Boost kits, which provide a mild increase in ride height and are more economically priced than our Leveling Kits. - Ties rods and ball joints are important components in the overall suspension equation, yet they are supplied with inferior rubber boots that deteriorate and tear over time. Replacing them with Daystar Dust Boots will increase the durability and longevity of these important suspension components. - Body Lift Kit
- Performance Accessories 3-inch Body Lift Kit raises the vehicle for adding larger diameter tires, without altering the factory suspension system and OE ride characteristics. The kit includes high pressure fiberglass reinforced nylon lift blocks, 3/16 inch thick laser cut and powder coated bumper relocation brackets, a CNC machined and zinc plated steering extension, high strength hardware, and extension brackets. A set of urethane wheel-well extensions ((Gap Guards PN-6627)) are available separately, and are used to conceal any gaps between the body and frame. This system can be installed in 5-6 hours and comes complete with everything necessary for installation. Benefits: Provides three-inches of lift without modifying existing suspension components. Allows use of larger diameter tires and factory rims for improved ground clearance. DOES NOT alter the OEM suspension geometry or factory stability control parameters. Maintains the factory smooth ride. Keeps the trucks center of gravity lower than a comparable suspension lift.
