  • If your 6.0L is beginning to have issues starting and/or occasionally stalling out, the factory stand pipes or dummy plugs might be to blame. When these components begin to leak fluid, low oil pressure at the rail can cause a variety of engine issues. Using our extensive experience with the Ford Powerstroke, our team identified the need for a more durable and economical replacement for the factory stand pipes and dummy plugs. The Mishimoto 6.0L Powerstroke Stand Pipe and Dummy Plug kit includes everything needed to replenish lost pressure from the Stand Pipe system. Our kit includes two precision-machined stand pipes with an updated design featuring integrated check valves and durable Teflon seals. We also include the two necessary dummy plugs, one for each cylinder bank. The fuel rail plug must be removed to release pressure during stand pipe installation and is often damaged during the process, so our kit includes a new plug and seal. Finally, we also include a new CVC O-ring, another component recommended for replacement during this process. As with all our products, this kit includes or signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

The CNC-machined lid includes large, M27 x 2.0 inlets and outlets to let your crankcase breathe. Inside the can is a CNC-machined baffle with integrated filter that lets crankcase gases flow through while filtering out potentially harmful fuel, oil, and water vapors. Like our compact baffled oil catch can, our high-flow catch can and filter are fully serviceable for easy draining and cleaning.To make this kit a direct fit for your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke, Mishimoto includes a custom-engineered, 3mm-thick steel bracket.
