This CNC-machined inlet/outlet kit for the Mishimoto 2021+ Ford Bronco stock location performance intercooler is designed specifically to mate with our extremely efficient intercooler pipes. These adapters boast a 10-percent inner diameter increase over the stock pipe adapters and, when used in conjunction with either our 2.3L Intercooler Pipe Kit or 2.7L intercooler pipe kit, customers can expect maximum uninterrupted airflow through the entire charge air system. This pair of adapters is CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum and features a dovetail O-ring groove for easy installation and leak-free operation. The Viton O-ring provides optimal resistance against oil and fuel, ensuring decades of reliable service. Additionally, the serrated adapters keep the intercooler pipe boots secure under high boost. As with all our products, this Mishimoto 2021+ Ford Bronco stock location intercooler pipe adapter kit includes or signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Here at Mishimoto, we never back down from a challenge, so we developed a high-mount intercooler to let your 2.3L or 2.7L EcoBoost breathe the coolest, densest air possible to help improve performance and overall efficiency. We relocated this high-mount intercooler to the upper grille to allow greater clearance, improved entry and exit angle, and protect your intercooler from obstacles on the trail. This relocation also frees up your front bumper for winches and other essential off-road accessories. We've also included new ducting to ensure ample airflow through the intercooler in its new location. The Mishimoto High-mount Intercooler features a 3.1 inch-thick core with precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks. Compared to the factory tube-and-fin intercooler, durability against heat, pressure, and debris on the road or trail is significantly improved.----More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed by performance. This high-mount intercooler boasts an increase of 49-percent core volume and 93-percent external fin surface area, which results in a reduction of outlet temperatures by 21-degrees (2.3L EcoBoost) / 15.5-degrees (2.7L EcoBoost) over stock. Combined, this generates gains of 4.5 hp and 10.8 lb-ft of torque for the 2.3L EcoBoost and 8.0 hp and 10.2 lb-ft torque for the 2.7L EcoBoost. Compared to the factory tube-and-fin intercooler with plastic end tanks, durability against heat, pressure, and debris on the road or trail is significantly improved over stock. More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed up with performance. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler has an increase of 77% core volume and 175% fin surface area, which for the 2.3L EcoBoost, results in an increase in flow of 7% and a reduction of outlet temperatures of 21.2° over stock. These numbers are all well and fine, but what they really mean is that in the real world, whether sitting in traffic or out on the trails, you’ll see improvements in performance. - The classic Ford Bronco is an American icon, a beacon of fun, and a capable off-road vehicle to take you anywhere with the top down and wind blowing. When Ford introduced the new Bronco, it surely kept this spirit alive, but with some much-needed modern-day updates, like getting more than 5 mpg, for example. They achieved this by utilizing the EcoBoost family of engines. As great as the new Bronco is, there is always room for improvement. To give the Bronco some extra pep in its step, we’ve bundled two of our performance intercooler components to make the ultimate air-charge-cooling bundle for your 2.3L EcoBoost! The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit bundle improves power and durability compared to the factory intercooler and pipes. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler features a huge 4.7-inch thick core, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges, and precision tig welded cast aluminum end tanks. Combined, this makes for a robust intercooler that, compared to the plastic end tank factory tube-and-fin intercooler, has far greater durability. More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed up with performance. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler and Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit bundle reduces outlet temperatures by 21.2°F and provides an increase in flow of 7% over stock. All of this combined generates gains of 5.68 hp and 5.32 lb-ft of torque. We saw an especially good improvement in our trail simulation heat-soak testing where, after 6 back-to-back dyno runs, we still saw outlet temperatures 20°F cooler than stock. What this all means is that in the real world, whether sitting in traffic or out on the trails, you’ll see improvements in performance. All functionality of adaptive cruise control and 360° cameras are retained. As with all of our products, the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is backed by our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Compared to the factory tube-and-fin intercooler with plastic end tanks, durability against heat, pressure, and debris on the road or trail is significantly improved over stock. More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed up with performance. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler has an increase of 77% core volume and 175% fin surface area, which for the 2.3L EcoBoost, results in an increase in flow of 7% and a reduction of outlet temperatures of 21.2° over stock. These numbers are all well and fine, but what they really mean is that in the real world, whether sitting in traffic or out on the trails, you’ll see improvements in performance. We saw an especially good improvement in our trail simulation heat-soak testing where, after 6 back-to-back dyno runs, we still saw outlet temperatures 20° cooler than stock.
