Our all-aluminum end tanks won’t flex and crack like the stock plastic end tanks. Strutted tubes with reinforced leading edges throughout the core resist vibration and impacts, whether from potholes or rocks on the trail. The billet aluminum inlet and outlet of the Mishimoto radiator are precision CNC-machined to be perfectly round, unlike the molded plastic fittings on the stock radiator. The included foam seal ensures smooth airflow through the radiator, while a 15-percent increase in core volume allows that airflow to remove more heat from your engine’s coolant.----Like all our Bronco performance parts, this 2021+ Ford Bronco aluminum radiator is backed by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of reliability and performance.

  • Carbon buildup is an enemy of any motor, and the Mishimoto Direct-Fit Oil Catch Can system for your 2011+ Ford F-150 is the defense. Modern vehicles use a PCV, or “Positive Crankcase Ventilation", system to capture the vapors that escape past the piston rings into the crankcase of your engine and recirculate them back into the intake system to be burned again. While this is much better for the environment, it’s not as great for your engine. In doing so, these vapors carry remnants of oil and unburned fuel, which make their way into your intake system, causing multiple problems. The first and largest problem is that the oil particles being carried in these vapors coat your intake system, including the intake manifold and intake valves. Over time, this will gum up and turn into carbon buildup. Direct-injection engines, like the EcoBoost, are especially prone to severe carbon buildup on the intake valves. The second issue is that those oily vapors being introduced back into the cylinder during combustion can reduce the overall octane rating of the fresh fuel being provided, causing pre-detonation and knocking. This is where the Mishimoto Direct-Fit Oil Catch Can system comes into play. By installing our catch can in line with your PCV system, the 50-micron bronze filter captures those oily particles and allows them to condense until they become heavy enough to drip into the canister to be collected instead of flowing back into your engine. This leaves the air flowing back into your intake system clean and ready to be burned again. The catch can mounts with a sturdy 3-mm thick steel bracket in a convenient and serviceable location, allowing you to easily empty the waste oil. The pre-molded hoses with factory style quick-disconnects make installation a breeze, and even fit with the factory engine cover.   • The legendary Ford Bronco has returned, and under the retro-styled hood lies a new legend: the 2.7L EcoBoost. The 2.7L EcoBoost has been powering Fords for nearly a decade and has become one of the most respected truck engines available. The second generation 2.7L features both port and direct injection for efficiency throughout the RPM range. While the added port injection helps clean the intake valves, it doesn't protect the rest of your engine from the effects of blow-by. As blow-by flows through your intake, it coats components like sensors and your intercooler in a sludge of oil, carbon, and fuel, reducing their ability to function. Blow-by can also reduce the effectiveness of your engine oil. The factory air-oil-separator drains blow-by back into the oil pan, which is great for the environment, but the fuel and water in blow-by can thin your engine oil and reduce its viscosity. Finally, any blow-by that does make its way back into the cylinder can reduce the octane of your fuel and, for a high-strung turbocharged engine like the 2.7L EcoBoost, lower octane means less power. The solution to all those issues is to capture the blow-by and keep it out of the engine with a Mishimoto catch can system.
