So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your 2nd/3rd Gen Tacoma running at its best, a CSF Heavy-Duty/High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on and off road, a heavy-duty performance radiator is a must-have for off-roaders, overlanders, and adventurers. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.The CSF 2nd/3rd Gen Tacoma radiator is a true "Drop-in fit" design requiring no modifications to install. OE style brackets are all CNC machined and welded for the best durability possible. Inlet/Outlet connections are designed to match the OE connections so you can reuse OEM hoses or aftermarket.   • The 42mm 2-Row aluminum core not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology improves heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. Efficiency is key in off-roading as speeds tend to be lower overall so you end up relying on the fans to move most of the air over the radiator. While the factory fans do a decent job pulling air through the radiator core, it is still less airflow than you'd typically see in city driving. A larger and more efficient core will keep your engine temps in check and keep your engine running strong. Also, a larger core also helps when your radiator is covered in dust, dirt, or mud. While a radiator isn't functioning at peak efficiency in there situations, the more overall cooling capacity you have the better. In Addition, the end tanks are made from high grade aluminum and TIG welded to the core for extra strength. In contrast, the OEM crimped onto plastic end tank design is much weaker and creates a weak point where failure is more likely. Because the CSF radiator is designed as a true plug-and-play drop-in fit application, installation requires absolutely no modifications, trimming, or cutting.

CSF even includes pre-cut double sided adhesive foam strips to help seal the fan shroud against the radiator. This improves airflow efficiency off the fan. Additionally, the radiator features a built-in transmission oil cooler. The transmission cooler is a heavy-duty high-performance 5 plate design that connects to the OEM hoses. The upgraded built in cooler is great dealing with the added heat and stress from towing, low gear crawling, and vehicles equipped with oversized tires. While many understand the impacts of oversized tires, it is always good to provide extra incite. By increasing the diameter of your tires, you are reducing the effective gear ratio. This means the engine and transmission have to work harder to move the tires. Obviously this will end up generating excess heat, but the CSF radiator is designed to handle it.

  • Keep your 2020+ Toyota GR Supra 3.0L shifting with the Mishimoto Automatic Transmission cooler. While many enthusiasts might miss the third pedal on the latest Supra’s floor, the quick-thinking ZF 8HP mated with the B58 more than makes up for it. However, even with the latest transmission technology, the age-old enemy to sports cars rears its head: heat. The tag team at Toyota and BMW were already ahead of the game by fitting the A90 Supra with an external liquid-to-air transmission cooler, but heavy demand can still be too much. With plenty of room to grow, our engineering team expanded the transmission cooler’s core, increasing the volume by 162-percent and the external fin surface area by 412-percent while retaining similar fluid pressures within the system. We also incorporated internal cooling fins to maximize cooling power to maintain proper transmission temperatures, perfect for long days at the track or a spirited drive through the backroads.The Mishimoto Automatic Transmission Cooler for your 2020+ Toyota GR Supra accomplishes all of this with a lightweight, aluminum tube-and-fin core, powder-coated in a sleek silver finish.   • Add some much needed durability and cooling power to your M3 or M4 with the Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4 Performance Oil Cooler. True to form, the engineers at BMW designed the M3/M4's oil cooler with an efficient use of space in mind. Suspended perpendicular from the rest of the cooling stack, this location utilizes the Bimmer's aerodynamics in order to cool the oil, all while putting the light weight, tube-and-fin cooler in harms way of road hazards. We here at Mishimoto made sure to beef up the oil cooler design for the F80/82 with our performance oil cooler. We ditched the lightweight design for a full aluminum, TIG-welded bar-and-plate cooler for added strength and cooling. The bars and plates are a much more robust form of heat exchanger core construction intended for improved heat transfer and have the strength to shrug off potential road debris, keeping your oil temps down, and where It'should be. We also added 10mm to the core?s thickness, equating in a 46-percent increase in core volume and increased the oil capacity by .4 qt. The Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4 Performance Oil Cooler fits directly in place of the stock unit, and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a simplified and worry-free installation.

This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.The CSF Tundra/Sequoia radiator is a true "Drop-in fit" design requiring no modifications to install.
