Here at Mishimoto, we never back down from a challenge, so we developed a performance intercooler to let your 2.3L or 2.7L EcoBoost breathe in the coolest, densest air possible to help improve performance and overall efficiency of heat dissipation, along with being strong enough to handle anything the trail can put in your way. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler features a 4.7-inch thick core, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges, and precision tig welded cast aluminum end tanks. Combined, this makes for an intercooler that is as robust and ready to take on the world as the Bronco it’s designed for. Compared to the factory tube-and-fin intercooler with plastic end tanks, durability against heat, pressure, and debris on the road or trail is significantly improved over stock. More durability is always a good thing, but it’s even better when it’s backed up with performance. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler has an increase of 77% core volume and 175% fin surface area, which for the 2.3L EcoBoost, results in an increase in flow of 7% and a reduction of outlet temperatures of 21.2° over stock. These numbers are all well and fine, but what they really mean is that in the real world, whether sitting in traffic or out on the trails, you’ll see improvements in performance. We saw an especially good improvement in our trail simulation heat-soak testing where, after 6 back-to-back dyno runs, we still saw outlet temperatures 20° cooler than stock. All functionality of adaptive cruise control and 360° cameras are retained. As with all of our products, the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is backed by our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

This relocation also frees up your front bumper for winches and other essential off-road accessories. We've also included new ducting to ensure ample airflow through the intercooler in its new location. The Mishimoto High-mount Intercooler features a 3.1 inch-thick core with precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks. - Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke for customers looking to upgrade both cold-side and hot-side intercooler pipes at the same time! Upgrade to the Mishimoto kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance. The pipes are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish and eliminate restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. The engineers at Mishimoto designed CNC-machined quick-disconnect flanges and IAT sensor housing to allow for an easy install in less than two hours. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is direct fit, retaining all factory emissions components and does not require the use of a tuner. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. To add even more reliability this kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. - Mishimoto has developed a direct-fit 2017-2021 3.5L F-150 EcoBoost Intercooler and Pipe kit that allows owners to maximize the performance potential of their F-150 or second-gen Raptor. Our kit replaces the weak and unattractive plastic piping with free-flowing, durable aluminum piping and silicone boots with DuraCore? technology. The larger volume of our pipes allows your 2017-2021 3.5L EcoBoost to breathe free and make the most of the its two turbochargers. DuraCore? boots coupled with constant-tension worm gear clamps provide superior strength and blowout resistance, ensuring boost always makes it to its destination. Combine our piping with the Mishimoto 2015+ F-150 EcoBoost Intercooler to unleash everything the twin-turbo 3.5L EcoBoost engine is capable of. Our intercooler increases core volume by 77-percent over stock and external fin surface area by 163-percent. With cast end tanks and bar-and-plate construction, our intercooler combines strength and power for an all-around upgrade over stock. This kit is available with a black or silver intercooler and wrinkle black or polished pipes. As with all Mishimoto products, this 2017 3.5L F-150 EcoBoost Intercooler and Pipe kit is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.
