- Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke for customers looking to upgrade both cold-side and hot-side intercooler pipes at the same time! Upgrade to the Mishimoto kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance. The pipes are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish and eliminate restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. The engineers at Mishimoto designed CNC-machined quick-disconnect flanges and IAT sensor housing to allow for an easy install in less than two hours. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is direct fit, retaining all factory emissions components and does not require the use of a tuner. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. To add even more reliability this kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. This pipe and boot kit is the perfect addition to the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke Performance Primary Radiator. It is made in the USA and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

True to form, the engineers at BMW designed the M3/M4's oil cooler with an efficient use of space in mind. Suspended perpendicular from the rest of the cooling stack, this location utilizes the Bimmer's aerodynamics in order to cool the oil, all while putting the light weight, tube-and-fin cooler in harms way of road hazards. We here at Mishimoto made sure to beef up the oil cooler design for the F80/82 with our performance oil cooler. We ditched the lightweight design for a full aluminum, TIG-welded bar-and-plate cooler for added strength and cooling. The bars and plates are a much more robust form of heat exchanger core construction intended for improved heat transfer and have the strength to shrug off potential road debris, keeping your oil temps down, and where It'should be. We also added 10mm to the core?s thickness, equating in a 46-percent increase in core volume and increased the oil capacity by .4 qt.
